    My daughter has been participating in gymnastics at Mandeville Sports Complex. She has advanced very quickly and has been enjoying it tremendously. She all of a sudden started getting very dizzy to the point she turned pale and we had to leave twice during her ******* She was only able to complete 2 full ******s. They offer prorated sessions if you join after the season starts. I requested my money back for the ******s my daughter missed due to her dizziness. She is unable to finish a ****** at this time. The first time I called I was told to send an email which I did. No response. I called and spoke to *** who was extremely rude. She said refunds do not exist. I explained that my daughter just didn't feel like quitting. She **************** and has been very dizzy and it is unsafe for her to continue at this time. She told me there was nothing that can be done besides send an email which I do not get a response. After spending a very large amount of money at this establishment (I have two kids who have had multiple birthday parties, they both attending camp for multiple years, my own gym membership, and now gymnastics WITH private ******s), I feel this is extremely unfair and a terrible way to run a business.

    First I will like to say I hope your daughter is feeling better and is able to come back one day. We are truly sorry that we didn't get the response back to you as quickly as we wanted. We were waiting on the coach of the class to let us know how many classes she had attended before we gave you the credit. Our front desk does not handle the accounting information so that is why you had to email us so the manager could look at it. Normally we just do credits unless special circumstances, which this is so we will refund you $180 for the class. Again sorry for the wait and we will be mailing a check to you. We appreciate your business.
