They are extremely dishonest and very predatory with their pricing and then discounting their price by offering a year service agreement.Their business seems to be built on overpricing their services and then offering a way out by signing a one year agreement with them.Avoid them at all cost because it will cost you.$$$

We apologize for any misunderstanding of our Comfort Club terms, stated on the signed contract. The Comfort Club is for those customers who want to keep their Air Conditioning and Heating system maintained, as well as have the benefits of priority service and discounts on repairs and diagnostics. The savings customers typically see far exceeds what the same service would cost without the plan. If you wanted the plan just to save money on the initial visit, then call and cancel, this isn't the plan for you. The cost to get off of the plan is only the cost of the services you received at the price of non-club members.Review from John S

Michael was very professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. This was a huge job! My entire system and ducts needed replacing. Working along with his team, taking all the old equipment out including ducts and replacing with new in record time. Thanks Michael for a job well done!!Review from Jarrod R

I was having issues with my Nest thermostat turning off and giving an E73 error message. In September, its still hot hot hot in ***********. I was so happy to remember Im a comfort club member with One Hour. They came out immediately. We have been having issues with the new AC unit installed in our home. We have called several times about the same issue for the past two years. The outside compressor unit continues to shut off. Although most for the technicians have been good, I do not trust the quality of the equipment. This is now the third call in a week to the company to have someone look at the unit to see why it is not cooling our home.One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating Response
