  On April 30, 2022,. I hired Rajun Cajun construction company llc to remove and replace my patio wooden gate door and accessories. Including removal and hauling damaged wood. They where instructed to pick up nails from driveway everyday. They failed to pick up nails in the rebuild process. I had to pick up myself. After a week, I inspected and had them redo and install certain wood the correct way. They had un nailed wood structure among other improper installation. I payed them in full there after. Two days passed and i could not open gate. They installed a 4x4 vertically and it had a warp. They acknowledged and promised to fix. The owner of Rajun Cajun construction Promised to send someone. They did but things got worst. More excuse and they failed to redo the fence. The owner has Promised to repay back and has not done so. I have evidence that the company would pay back and has not done so as of 7/14/2922. The gate 2 days after they rebuilt, door and gate will not open. I have consulted with other contractor. They say it would take to tear down and rebuilt and in order to have it working correctly. I think I am in title to **** in order to have others do the fence professionally. I have postponed painting the wooden fence due to the improper installation performed by cajun ***** construction company.

  I had a worker represent himself as someone who could write a job after I found out I allowed him to do the job and took control of the money the job was for $1,650 to build three gates and a few other things that was Labor and materials I have sent people there multiple times and I have videos of all the gates working properly Man pictures you can not legally ask for more money than what was charged this guy is suffering from severe mental illness I have so many text messages from this guy he send kiss emojis I even had to tell him to stop sexually harassing me with the sexual emojis I can show all of this I'm not to text savvy but I can come into the office and show you on my phone

  We had a contract. I could not download here. You did not complete.you have a video you closing gate. However the next day gate would not open. You said you would give money back. I have evidence of such. But you failed to fo so. If it only takes to remove the warped 4x4 you installed. Why didn't fix it. Its obvious that it is more serious the problem with gate. I will show more pictures. Be professional

  You hit that gate with a car. I have proof. Everything worked when we left. There is obvious signs of impact when I came to inspect. This complaint is bogus . I'm taking you to court for slander and attempting to commit fraud. Claiming bad work when it was you or a family member or friend who hit that perfectly working gate when we left.
