  I found a 2017 **** F150 in the month of December, I then filled out there credit app they called me the next day an asked about my employment and I told them I was self employed. They then asked for me to send them several bank statements after doing so they called me back an said I was approved. I went in to them on January 3,2023 they had me fill out some paper work an did guide me through anything didnt ask if I had any questions what so ever didnt explain anything I then gave them $1500 dollars. Then I started on the contract the only thing I heard out of the kid **** was sign here, sign here ,sign here. When I asked about something he would say oh thats nothing. So they then helped me get the highest insurance Ive ever seen in my entire life $500 dollars down and $500 a month which was insane I later found insurance for 250 down and 250 a month for 2 vehicles. So I had the truck for almost ************************************************************************************************************* my bank account well how was I approved in the first place how did yall let me leave with that vehicle for 20 days if I wasnt approved ??? Okay so they told me not to worry in the mean time I was driving back and forth to Houma in that times the ball joint went out on the truck an the wheel almost came off on me going 60 miles per hour. I called them an told them. They really didnt say nothing but I could bring it back in so I asked when I bring it back in will they give me my down payment back they responded yea. So I set a date with them after they bullshitted around for 2 week let me stack miles up on the vehicle never once told me they charge .35 per mile. So I go take them the truck back in the same condition it was given to me they wouldnt give me a ***** of my money back except the money I paid to get the ball joint fixed then they fabricated this letter from some credit company they denied me 2 weeks before this letter but it was dated 1-25-2023 the letter had no postage on it nothing. Now the reason they told me I was denied was I didnt make enough money nothing on the letter says that. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  The customer was approved as you can see on the first page of the Attachment but because the customer falsified his income on the credit application the bank retuned the contract back as you can see on the 2nd page is the credit application and the 3rd page showing when the bank return the contract back and the pages after is the agreement for per delivery
