I have been with this company about a year and in this year i have had to call several times a month to have my garbage picked up . This morning when I called the receptionist was very rude telling me to find another trash company that its not her fault that my trash is not being picked up I advised to her that she would be upset to if she had to call every week to have her trash picked up and she advised me I was rude and that she can only tell me that they should be there to get it today . When they finally picked my trash up today after having to call them they left my trash can turned over laying in the middle of my drive way no paying customer should have to be talked to so rudely and have to call about there trash every week. My trash is supposed to be picked up on Mondays

    According to our records on ****** ***** ******, *** ***** ***** **** ******* ********* *****, copied and pasted from the customer’s account :

“03/15/23 CUSTOMER CALLED SAYING SHE IS A MONDAY PICK UP AND HER TRASH IS STILL NOT PU AND SHE HAS TO CALL EVERY WEEK AND ITS GETTING OLD. SO WHY DOES SHE HAVE TO CALL EVERY WEEK. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN OUR MECHANICAL ISSUES THE TRUCK HAS BEEN HAVING AND TRIED TO TELL HER THE TRUCK IS IN ROUTE RIGHT NOW PICKING UP MONDAYS ROUTE AND THERE WERE EMAILS SENT OUT WHICH SHE SAYS SHE DID NOT GET ONE. SHE WAS NOT HEARING IT. ALL SHE WANTED TO KNOW WAS WHY SHE HAS TO CALL EVERY WEEK AND THIS IS SOOO BAD BUISNESS AND SHE IS ABOUT THE CALL THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU BC THIS SUCH SOOOO BAD BUISNESS. I LET HER KNOW IF THATS HOW SHE FEELS, THATS FINE. SHE THEN TOLD ME I WAS RUDE AND I SHOULDNT TALK LIKE THAT TO A CUSTOMER. I TOLD HER THAN YOU SHOULDNT TALK THE WAY YOU’RE TALKING. I APOLOGIZED FOR MY ATTITUDE AND SAID (IN A VERY CALM VOICE) THAT I UNDERSTAND YOUR UPSET, AS MANY OF OUR CUSTOMERS ON YOUR ROUTE ARE BUT  I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS BUT MA'AM,  YOU DO NOT WANT TO HEAR IT . BC YES, IT IS THE SAME THING YOU'VE BEEN HEARING  AND I AM SORRY. SHE CUT IN AND SAID YOUR RIGHT ABOUT THAT. I SAID THAT  I GET TOLD WHAT THE TRUCKS ARE DOING AND I TELL THAT TO CUSTOMERS. SHE WAS STEADILY TALKING WHILE I WAS TALKING TELLING ME HOW RUDE I AM AND THAT SHE CAN JUST GO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE PROBALY CHEAPER THAN YOU AND NICER PEOPLE. I TOLD HER THATS FINE TOO, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. SHE SAID I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH RUDENESS FROM A COMANY AND I AM CALLING THE BBB AND I WILL BE CALLING BACK FOR SOMEONE HIGHER THAN YOU BC YOU ARE JUST RUDE. I SAID SO ARE YOU AND YOU HAVE BEEN, IM SORRY BUTS ITS TRUE. SHE HUNG UP.  I PROMISE I NEVER RAISED MY VOICE BUT SHE WAS RUDE AS ALWAYS AND COMPLETELY NOT WANTING TO HEAR THE ANSWERS SHE WAS ASKING THE QUESTIONS ABOUT. I TRIED; I REALLY DID. (KH)”

“03/21/23 ***** (OWNER) CALLED ***** (OWNER) WHEN HE WAS DRIVING THAT ROUTE PICKING UP THE GARBAGE IN FRONT OF CUST HOUSE YESTERDAY EVENING AND SAID THAT THE CANS WERE UP BESIDE THE HOUSE. SHE PROBALY QUIT,  BUT SHE NEVER SAID SO OFFICALLY AND STILL HAS AN MGS CAN. (KH)”

Our company understands that the customer was delayed in receiving their pickup but was sent emails and it was posted on our company’s Facebook page letting our customers know of the mechanical issues on the truck causing the delay. However, we did pick up her trash picked up on Monday, 03-06-23 at 12:00pm, Wednesday, 03-15-23 at 2:48pm and we were there to pick up on Monday, 03-20-23 at 6:12pm, however, Mrs. ********* trash was not out at the end of the drive for pick up.

Due to us completing the agreement we have with the customer by picking up her trash once a week each month, we do not feel she is owed any type of refund.

If Mrs. ******* is not satisfied with our company and since we have a month-to-month service agreement, Mrs. ******* has the ability to seek service elsewhere more befitting her desires and expectations at the end of March 2023. We do ask that Mrs. ******* contact McLemore’s Garbage Service to let us know if this were something she would like to do.

If any additional information is needed, please let me know.

    Best regards,
