    Our Experience was less than par and ******* the host is not honest. His goals when we complained about the details below was to stall us so a review could not be posted on ******. We arrive before the storm at facility was not very clean when we checked in at 4 oclock. The bed was extremely disgusting as if it did. The top of the surface had not been clean in quite a long time the window was broken, and the blinds were busted down. The electricity in the bathroom downstairs did not work for a period of time. There is no hot water. We werent able to use any of the facilities due to the first couple days due to the storm and recovery was very slow while many other places around us had generators. All the toilets in the first house were substandard and they werent flushing properly until the fourth day. The area was extremely small for a sitting area that would definitely not include more than four or 5 People Pl. that supposed to have more than that. Appeal to multiple properties and do not reflect the properties specifically that we rented Once the storm was gone, we found that the ** filter unit was just very, very disgusting with dust and mold The floor was broken and had to be adjusted after one of our guests cut their foot The plywood under floor was severely rotten and you would push through There was never hot water in the bathroom the whole time we were there

    Our party of 9 arrived to check into the 5 bedroom, blue house as advertised online at *** ********** **, New Orleans. Much to our surprise, that house was already occupied by 20 men there to celebrate a bachelor party. The host escorted us to where we were to stay on the back of the property (what seemed to be a converted out building). Upon entry, that building was divided into two separate living quarters – both ready to house 8-10 people on each side. The gym that was advertised was in a different house, locked and reserved for another party. Shared grounds and pool apparently meant shared by like 50 people. The section we were due to stay in had bedrooms connected to bedrooms with bathroom access through two bedrooms. The double twin beds room was a twin and a trundle, which if pulled out, would not leave enough room for a suitcase on the floor. The tiny kitchen could no way accommodate feeding 9, nor was there anywhere to all sit and share a meal. Looking at Google Maps and the online aerial photo posted by the host, it’s clear there are three different homes with a shared backyard. The home you think you are getting is at *** ********** **, but the other addresses of *** ********** ** and **** ******** ** are being used as a bait and switch upon arrival. Additionally, the photos online are not an actual depiction of the condition of the property. It is run down and dirty.

    Do not rent from this man or his company! My family had booked a house for between Christmas and New Year, and we can not make our trip due to unforeseen circumstances. We have a family member that is having to have emergency surgery the week before Christmas. A family member that was going on this trip. I should not have to go into details with a rental company to receive a partial refund, but I have, and he will do nothing! He is on multiple sights that offer refunds but refuses! Yes, I signed a contract that says no refund ever, even tho I booked through a website that does offer refunds! I have tried to negotiate even a partial refund. He will do nothing! I hope that if you decide to book with him and his company you NEVER have a family issue because he will not care one single bit! He has single-handedly ruined Christmas for my family this year!

This policy is crucial for the sustainability of our business, especially during peak seasons like Christmas and New Year.

    The guest was fully aware of this policy, as it was outlined in the contract they signed. While we understand that emergencies are unforeseen, our policy is in place to ensure the viability of our business, which has ongoing expenses and commitments that we must meet regardless of cancellations.

    We strive to provide excellent service and a great experience for all our guests, and part of that is being transparent and consistent with our policies. This approach ensures fairness and clarity for everyone involved.

    This vacation rental was the perfect home base for our New Orleans adventure. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The location is superb, offering easy access to great restaurants and attractions. The property manager was responsive and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We can't wait to return!
