    I placed an order for hair drops on 9/13/24 and still havent received the product. The website said its a 2-5 day shipping time and it is 9/30/24 and I havent received my order yet. I tried to call them 4 times and I sent them a chat on their website and havent been able to talk to anyone or reach anyone about the status of my order.

    I purchased the ****** Healthy Hair System (includes the hair drops, shampoo, conditioner) on 5/16/2024. I received my package on 5/25/2024; however, it only had 1 item in it (hair drops). I went back on the website to confirm that I ordered the bundle and verified through the **** tracking (**********************) that it was only 1 item was sent/delivered and that I did order the bundle.. I took pictures of the 1 item received, the packing slip and stuffing in the box to document. I contacted VIP through direct chat on their website on 5/26 to inform them of my missing items. The automated response (*******?") stated that they would respond via email. I contacted them again on 5/28 & 5/29 via direct chat. Again, the same response. I emailed ****************** my issue and attached pictures on 5/30, again, no response. I also went to their Instagram and left a comment under their recent post this day. On 5/31, I tried the automated chat again. It appeared 3 of the staff was online; however, no one responded to my inquiry. I tried the phone number listed on the website *************) twice and left a voice mail. The phone automated response stated that I could send a text to the number, so I did that, as well. I tried to contact the company via the direct chat on the website (this was all during the same hour) and it appeared no one was on to receive my message. I have spent money with this company and have not received my items promised. I tried to handle this the correct way by consulting with them; however, they refuse to respond. As a black owned company, this is appalling. I would like my money back or the items that I paid for.
