    I signed up for a ******* Pop-up virtual Client Consult that was advertised to take place in March of 2023. I made a payment via credit card of $65.00 for the consult on January 3, 2023. My phone number was requested on Feburuary 7th at 1:27 pm to schedule a virtual appointment with **************. I submitted my phone number at 10:27 pm the same day. Following the submitting of my phone number there was no further contact from anyone representing the Shades Studio. After not hearing from anyone throughout the month of March I sent an email requesting a refund on April 10th and got no reply. I sent another email request on April 27th still no reply. I sent my 3rd and final email request on May 27th and still no reply. These are unacceptable business practices.

    I received a hair care consultation and quote in November 2022 and agreed for the consultation, hair care service and shampoo and conditioner that were promised to be included for me to take home at the time of my appointment. A deposit was made. In December 2022 I was told that my hair care products had not arrived yet, and that it would be mailed to my address. I paid for the remaining of the complete service and hair care products. I followed up 3 weeks later and was told there was still a delay. I have followed up multiple times since this date via text and email and am no longer am receiving responses or communications from them. If they are no longer able to supply the product that should be communicated and a refund issued according to my purchase. It is dishonest and discredits the integrity of the business to promise and charge for a product that is not given to the customer.

    A refund of $25.00 was promised, however I have not seen a payment posted on my account

    On December 14, 2021, I attend a zoom workshop with the owner. She was selling a product she created, vitamins, and shampoo. I never received the product. When I inquired, I have been told several things, they just started shipping out, then the person who does the shipping contracted Covid. I understand the production chain is not at 100%, but now when I make inquires, I do not get answers. I have contacted the shop and the owner several times via email and on social media. I have attached copies of my correspondence as one PDF and credit card receipt. I have not heard back from them when I asked for a phone number to speak to someone on the phone to clarify.

    I was part of a web event in December 2021 with ***************************** the owner of the salon and Strawberricurls. I found out about it on her instagram page and attended the evening. It was a course discussing hydration for curly haired women. I found the course useful and she offered a package "hydration bundle" of products at a lower cost if bought that evening. She also said that the products would take at least 6 weeks to ship. 8 weeks later when I did not receive any shipping information I emailed to enquire. I was eventually told that there were supply chain issues and that they were awaiting one product and it would be a further 2 weeks. This went on for months with the supply chain issue until eventually I asked for a refund. I was told one would be issued. It was not. They asked me to send my payment receipt which I did and I still was not issued a refund. My last email to her on July 29th still has not received a response. To resolve this I would like my refund of $125.
