            I am writing to file a complaint against a Contractor ******* ******* with Rerun Flooring LLC. for the following incident that occurred on [August 6, 2024] at my residence. On the day in question, On August 2, 2024, ****** came to my home to look at project. On August 4, 2024, he requested my email address to send me quotes on 2-bathroom remodels. I did not receive an email however he came to my home on August 5, 2024, with a quote for one bathroom. ****** asked me to sign his contract and pay for material cost which I did. I wrote him a check in the amount of $2773.31. On August 7, 2024, we text about samples of materials he was to bring that weekend. I sent him text on August 8, 2024, showing samples of what I liked. He did not show that weekend with any samples and I have not heard from him since. I was approached by ****** who began doing a remodel job for my sister in Lafayette, La. He was to finish her job and then start on my project. As of September 27, 2024, he has not finished her work and has not given her material she paid for. I reached out to him by text October 6, 2024, and have not heard back from him yet. I do have a copy of all text messages between him and I. This has been an extremely unpleasant experience. As a senior citizen and a law-abiding citizen, I request that this complaint be investigated thoroughly, and that appropriate action be taken against ****** Bonnett for his unprofessional conduct. I would appreciate a response or update on the outcome of this complaint.

            Daniel B****** started the project with doing some work on my home. This project was to take 3 weeks. It started on August 29 and on today the project, it is not finished. He miss several days coming and the last time he came on October 2, 2022. He was to returned on October 5 and I have phoned and text him and I have not received a response. Also my old tub is still on my porch which about a month and the trash on the side of my house has been here for several weeks.

            I need the contractor to remove unwanted debris from my porch and the side of my house.

            I apologize for the inconvenience of this customer but for the debris removal there's nothing in the contract that we both signed stating I was removing any debris from the jobsite! It requires a $500 debris removal fee for me to remove debris.

            I am rejecting this response because: in the contract it states remove the tub and it does not state where the tub was being removed to. I am not paying Rerun Flooring to remove debris because I will never have him do work for me. Thank you BBB for your help in this matter. This is what is good service is about helping people
