    Well it started since I think around 2018 r earlier I bought a home that was built in 2010 Colville plumbing did the plumbing first time it happened our hot water heater the tubing on it had a leak leak through my kitchen ceiling had to have some one fit it had to pay for that than don’t remebrr how long after that it did it again. In kitchen and guest room they fixed it I had to pay than don’t remember ER exactly the date but it leaked again all of the leaks the fix the leak and it leaks a little further down don’t know the exact date but it leaked again so they said it was a batch of defect tubing so when them came I said I wanted it to be all changed they told me they did it with me be a women had no clue than it happened again in kitchen and guest bedroom having my ceiling cave through had to hire some to re sheet rock and float and paint ceiling so all this time I think they changed the tube but it happened again about 2 mo the ago my kitchen office and guest room again had to have that all done again that was 1000 dollars plus 100 for paint I don’t not pay the 165 service charge I call and spoke to Doug which I think is. A boss r owner wAnting to get all my previous receipts together And to give a price on the defected tube he said he would caLl me back didn’t hear from him after week call for him not in so the secetary said she put it on do t remember ER the name of the gentlemen. Desk hr will call me never heard from him after 4 hrs called he was at lunch called back 4 hrs later said he wasn’t in but she will track him down she came back on phone and said he will be calling me back right away have not heard from none of them they keep pushing me away I have a brother in law who is an attorney so I spoke to him he. Is working with me also doug said this was not their fault I understand they don’t make the tubing but if he needs about this I think he should of checked into this for me also said a lot of people had. A law suit against the company I should try to see if I could get help I think this is his problem not mine Aldo said he was going g to call manufactor about it haven’t heard from him since my last call Also my neighbor had same problem only once so far at the begging of the year had no clue we were going through same thing it messed up Master bathroom And closet had another company fix his cause didn’t know about the issue until I told him about a month ago I have a few cancel check and pics please help me

    I would like to get reimbursed for all the times Colville came to fixed the plumbing problems we had and a refund for the cost and labor for the repairs of the ceiling. 

    also, I want Colville Plumbing to change the pipes that are still defective at their cost.
