            This shop have had my car for over 3 mo I drop my car off April 09 for the owner ***** to fix a heater card in my 2014 ford Taurus and also due to hit a pot hole that was field with my insurance neither one have been completely I have called him and also text him about my car he tell me it will be ready the next day in still not ready I have contact Mr ***** in ask for my car which he stated he had a death in the family so he couldn’t get done with it so two days later I contacted him he stated he had to go to the e.r so a couple days later I contacted him he tell me it will be ready on Monday the lies have been going on for 3 months now my car is a mess it’s have nothing in side of it my seat are gone my dash board is out my car look like it’s been demolish I can’t get my car from Mr ***** shop because it is in his building I’m no way to started it up I go check on my car my car have scratches on it people have cups plates, tools using my car for storage. I spoke with Mr. ***** and he asked me if I can get someone up there to put my heater card in. He would do the rest of my car so I paid someone $800 to put a heat card in they had to work at his shop which the guy has stated that he did not want to work behind ***** but being I really needed my car he’ll help so after that was done it was supposed to put my car back together Hey self well Mr. ***** still have not completed the job. He was hired to do.. My car is not the way I dropped it off. On June 9 I went to ***** shop in I explained to him how bad I need my car been I was just involve in a hit and run accident with my other car he stated that my car would be ready in two day which was today so I stop by he have not started on my car I even rented a car for like $1100for two and a half weeks mr. ***** stated that he will pay for the time I had the Rent-A-Car and I still have not received that even though I explained to him that I cannot afford to rent a car he told me that he had he was gonna take care of it
