- Additional Info:On July 1, 2022, the BBB investigated the business for a possible timeshare scam. This entity has claimed to be in the Shreveport service area. However, based on information in BBB files, we believe they have no presence here. BBB has also received complaints and scam reports against The Brokerage Exchange, alleging that they offered to buy or resale a consumer's timeshare. The consumer was then informed that the supposed buyer had placed purchase funds in escrow, and they (the consumer) would have to pay large amounts of money in 'transfer fees' upfront.
BBB has tried several times to contact this business with no prevail. The BBB does not have adequate information and request that if a consumer is contacted by this business to contact the Louisiana Real Estate Commission at (225) 925-1923 or Toll Free: (In Louisiana Only) 1-800-821-4529 to verify this business' state license.
