    On Monday 7/11/2022, I went to this store to get my back camera & back of the phone of my iPhone 12 Pro Max fixed, which was $250 plus tax which made it $275, because they both were shattered. My phone was working perfectly fine, just cracked up. When I picked my phone up they told me the back of my phone was a different color from what it originally was which was grey. The very next day, 7/12/2022, my phone blacked out for hours and when I tried to reset it, it called 911! I called them when my phone came back on & let them know what was going on & they told me to come in when i got off work so they could "fix the problem". I received a message in my settings on my iPhone about an unauthentic Apple product in my phone. When I got off work I was unable to go because I got off too late. That following day, 7/13/2022, I went in to show them my phone so they could "fix it" & they had my phone for an hour, I came back & they told me the message in the settings would go away & it has not. The very next day 7/14/2022, my phone blacked out once again & I took it to them and they asked me to leave my phone with them again which I told them "no, I'm not leaving my phone with y'all anymore because y'all are just playing with it and wasting time at this point, I just want my money back." The guy that worked on my phone proceeded to tell me & get smart with me saying he can't give me a refund but if he does, I have to give him my phone to keep. Which I was not, I wasn't selling my phone, I just wanted my money back because he broke my phone. I pay my own phone bill with AT&T, this phone was $999.99 (plus tax). I conduct business with this phone, I'm becoming a broker & need my phone to communicate with clients & I can't do that with my phone blacking out every hour. I'm surprised it stayed on this long for me to type this.

I am responding to the case number XXXXXXXX, we have we unable to help and she absolutely refused to cooperate with us, we offer her a full refund and we even decided not to charge her any labor fees to put old frame back on her phone and we take our frame our product we replaced for her, sometimes electronics can have issues or does not work correctly and we are always willing give our customers best service possible even exchanging or refunding for issues when deemed necessary, but in the case of Mrs. ****** she wanted a full refund which was approved but she did not want to give us our product back she wanted a full refund and keep the frame we replaced for her too, she was not responsible and did not give us a chance to look at her phone for other issues that WE CLEARLY ASKED ABOUT BEFORE THE REPAIR, and she claims her screen was blacking out and our business never repaired her front screen she never asked us to repair her front screen we only repair what the customer requested us to repair which was the back housing frame of a iphone 12 pro max, we were will to help Mrs. ****** but the moment she told us No she was keeping the frame repair we immediately refused her refund. In order for our business we need our product returned so we can reach out to our wholesalers to exchange our product, but we can not take a $275 dollar loss and the customer keeps the product. We offered a full refund to the customer she was willing to accept the money back but refused to give us our product back.
