Our trailer was repaired by this shop and when we called to pay as their invoice suggests, they refused to take a Visa card which they advertise on their website and also on their invoice. This place basically held us hostage and we had to go to the bank to wire the money so that they could release our equipment. Not only are they completely falsifying information on how they take payments on their website, but they are also doing that on their invoices. This sort of business should not be allowed to exist.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2023/01/23) */ Contact Name and Title: ******* *********/ owner Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: *******@yahoo.com we were given a phone number from the driver on our invoice for us to contact mr xxxxxx when it was ready we tried to do so he never answerd. finally the driver called to check on this trailer we told him it was ready he said mr. xxxxxx was wainting for us to call that was on 1/10/2023 we called mr xxxxxx informed him the trailer was ready and that if they didnt pick it up that day we would be charging storage. a lady from there office called the following day requesting the invoice we sent it the two days storage are in the invoice with the bill totalling $3623.10 and then we hear nothing until 1/19/2023 when mr xxxxxx called us asking us to please drop the bill of $4019.10 back to $3600.00 cause he couldnt bring the current bill to his boss we continuously told him no and in that same conversation with mr. xxxxxx we aslo told him we could not take his credit card for payment. but they didnt there fore every day after the 10th at $49.50 per day till the 19th totaling $4109.10 and yes we do advertise that we accept credit cards on our web site as well as our invoice but i have a right to refuse your payment by credit card if i choose to and this was one of those cituations that it choose to. he even called the cops out here i explained to them the cituation and they expressed to him that we had the right to not take his card. if there is anyone he should be mad at it should be mr. xxxxxx who we were in contact with from his office who then i guess forgot about the trailer or something i dont know but to have everybody in his office get on google and write 18 bad reviews was very un professional to say the least. and i will include in my web site and invoice stating "we have the right to refuse your credit card" thats fine. but i want all those reviews taken down he can leave his 1 review up but i want the rest taken down. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2023/01/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) If you have a right to refuse the credit card then it should be stated on the website at the point you refused to take the credit card. Your actions cost my business downtime, my driver downtime who has to wait around. Further you insisted on a wire payment for which I had to drive to my bank and complete the wire. Every single action of your reprehensible business behavior caused me and my company downtime. Your action affected, me, my driver, dispatcher, safety director, and all these people 2 hours of their time. This has caused monetary harm to us. Correcting the website without a penalty is one thing but the damage done to us must be repaired as well. Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2023/01/26) */ for 1 we gave you 6 other options as a way to pay you chose to drive to your bank and pay by wire and your saying we caused you down time you left that trailer at my shop for 20 days fixed and waiting on you to pick it up so dont tell me by your driver waiting 1 hour cost you down time and i have told you i am adding the statement to my web site and i am but im not giving you 500.00 back at all and im not gonna keep going back and forth about the same thing we have already said to you just move on.
