This company was a complete joke! Highly unprofessional and zero communication. The workers are not professional packers. My family and I relocated to ******* for my husbands job. His company was paying for some of the move and we were responsible for the rest. They gave me a quote and took my card for the booking fee. We asked different employees about how it works and if any thing would change from the quote. They assured us no. The manager even told me it was a quick and easy move. After a whole day of packing and another whole day of loading.they tell me it will take 2 more days. I noticed on the cameras outside my house that every 10 minutes the employees would stop and walk to the truck during packing. They stayed 10 minutes which equals 3.5 hours of no work. Inside my house I noticed them texting. My friend went to my house to lock up and there was so much left behind. Full size bed/mattress, vacuums, artwork, an air fryer without the basket, a desk, a toy cabinet and more! I called the owner and he would try to get his guys to go back to my house the next day to get more. I was asking if I would be charged more for things and he informed me I would be charged for the labor hours involved that the quote was just a minimum. Not one person even explained that after all the times we asked. He told me it was an additional $2k! The amount that was broken/damaged was unreal. Boxes were packed upside down and then loaded right side up which made everything leak. Things were thrown into boxes. They did not put together my daughters bed. Boxes were not even put into the correct rooms. Yet we were charged for 9 more hours than the quote!!! I am still missing the desk, toy shelf and no telling what else. They must have kept my debit card on file which I was not aware of and charged the 2k the day they arrived without my permission. That is exactly how they get people. Wait till its loaded. Add hours. And charge without permission.

DO NOT USE. Terrible moving company. We were scheduled for our move at 9AM, an hour later, no movers, so i called the company and was told "they are on their way, should be arriving in 20 minutes". Another hour later there were still no movers so I called again and was told again they are on their way... movers didn't show up until 11:30, and when they showed up they didn't have any of the moving equipment and materials so they all left to get materials. Around 12:15, they came back and finally started moving our stuff, this is already almost 4 hours past our scheduled time and we are moving to a different state and were expected to leave around 1PM for our 6 hour drive. During the move, we specifically told one of the guys to handle the couch with care, wrap it carefully and make sure no area is exposed because it's a very expensive couch, well they did not do it and they dragged the couch now all corners of the couch are scrapped with fabric being torn. We also had a bunch of other damaged items, coffee table, desk, TV console, mirrors, and a painting...The management company also lies through their teeth, one of the movers told me and showed me the text messages between them and the moving company, they even weren't told about this job until 11 o'clock of that day, this is why they showed up late (not blaming the movers but the moving company), so the entire time i was calling ask for the mover's ETA, they lied and knew they weren't going to show up until after 11AM. I put a claim through and was told i will hear back within 90 days, it's been way over 90 days and no one has reached out to me, seems like they are hoping i would just go away and forget about this. VERY DISHONEST.

They sandbagged my move and charged me 1000.00 over the estimate. A move that should have taken 8-9 hours took TWELVE HOURS the first day. After 10pm, the storage unit I was moving my stuff into closed and they left two of my televisions in the hallway of the storage facility and the door to my storage unit wide open overnight. I had to go back the next day and meet them on a Sunday to complete the move and secure my storage unit. They charged me 27 dollars for a credit card fee. When the guys showed up, they had no packing materials and they didn't know I was moving to a storage unit. They waited in my driveway for an hour for packing materials, which never showed up, so one of the guys had to then leave and go get them himself. They didn't get started on my move until 11AM. The person in charge of the move was extremely unprofessional, asking me personal questions and trying to chat me up the whole day. He made me so uncomfortable. The movers cut up and laughed at my belongings, making comments about my art and possessions and asking me very personal questions about my life. I was a woman alone in the house with them and I was scared for my safety all day. They were extremely slow and took many breaks. It was after dark before we even left the house to go to the storage unit. I haven't had a chance to inspect my items yet but I heard two loud crashes outside while they were loading, like glass or ceramic breaking. I am dreading opening my boxes. I had to pack my own closet up after asking them to do it three times, and they nearly left behind all of my silverware. I could have done better and saved a lot of money with myself, a few friends and a U-Haul. The move was inefficient, overpriced, poorly planned and unprofessionally handled. I will never use them again. Horrible experience. They tried to call me to discuss my review the next day but unless you are calling me to refund me 1000.00, I am not interested in what you have to day.
