Purchased a CRV Hybrid in July 2023. Everything went fine until went in to see finance manager. Very rude. Did nit purchase any extended warranty although I was prepared to. He was very unprofessional and actually had me doubting Honda vehicles. Did the deal and went home. A few days later I receive an email from the GM asking about my purchase and that my satisfaction was of utmost concern. I responded that all went well until the financing experience and stated in my email that it was a shame because I was going to purchase a Ridgline in a few weeks and I have not heard anything since my response. With the silence I'm now concerned to bring my vehicle in for service. I'm not sure what's going on at Honda of Slidell but I don't have a good feeling with my purchase or bringing my vehicle in for service. My options now are to trade the CRV in for a Toyota or bring my vehicle to another dealership for service. Very sad as I on;y drive it on Sunday to keep the miles down in case I need to trade it in.

Giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Honda of Slidell. They advertised tempting prices online, but upon arrival the numbers increased significantly. This misrepresentation/bait & switch maneuver left me feeling misled & frustrated. Additionally, the employees were dismissive & showed no respect towards my concern and they lacked empathy & understanding. I felt deceived and taken advantage of the entire process. I expected a more respectful and transparent approach. While the car itself was satisfactory, the overall experience was extremely undesirable. I would strongly advise customers to exercise caution & clarify ALL terms before concluding business with Honda of Slidell.

The online pricing was showing incorrectly because the vehicle was not physically on the lot (the customer was aware of this). We sent a copy of the MSRP sticker to the customer to clear up any miscommunications, the customer agreed to the pricing that we sent before setting an appointment and driving over 2 hours to the dealership.

I have gone to Honda of Slidell several times. I bought two Honda vehicles from them as well as get regular service and maintenance performed. ******* was my advisor today but was not present at time of pick up which yielded me to checkout with *****. ***** has never been pleasant in my opinion which is why I dont request him as an advisor but I somehow end up at his desk during some phase of my service experience in a debate over pricing. I scheduled my service via the HondaLink app which offered a 10% discount if serviced between 1pm and 5pm I believe. On pickup the discount was not applied to the repair order (which is not the first time this has happened to me here). This location has never honored pricing in the HondaLink app for me, nor been open and honest about charges upfront. I understand business models and maintaining profits but the dishonesty and price gouging at the store is absurd. They quoted me a total of $77 in the parts **** for a cabin air filter and a/c air filter - thats is nearly a 60% markup from list. To say the least, Ill be getting serviced at a different Honda dealer going forward.

The last time the customer came to our dealership was in May 2022. The customer did not call to report any oil leaks at that time. The customer did not bring his car in for his last service to have the oil change completed. The service manager will reach out to the customer to obtain more information.

The GM (Ms. *****), SM, & National-attempted to force me into a trade in.My car 6300 miles, "21 has a transmission leak & computer shutting down. They said no help, nothing wrong with car.Proof from outside sources that car is dangerous.GM Offered to have me sign for the trade in email while refusing to show me the contract.Said had car on lot, then when I wanted to see contract, car became not available.I am now driving a dangerous car. Windows/trunk open by themselves, allow car to flood in rain.Ph. not working, drives like a truck.Proof of everything. They are running a SCAM.See, other review with same complaint.National Co. is in on the SCAM.We need help. There are people dying in Hondas because, if you transmission goes out & your computer shuts down, you are stuck in the car. Hot day, baby, dead. If your computer shuts down when driving, no control of car. This is happening, PROOF.I have recorded calls & emails from GM who as I said, made all attempts to SCAM me into trading for an expense of almost $8,000. Placed in physical danger.I was placed alone with 3 people much larger than I am threatening to throw me off of the dealership premises for asking for my car to be fixed. Have recording, I was polite, & they could not program my computer. Why they got upset. This company is dangerous in all ways. Honda National backs them. They are selling cars with factory defects & instructing the dealerships to SCAM the public into trading up.This has to stop. Those at this dealership who are purposely placing customers in danger to SCAM for car sales, should be immediately arrested as examples to other dealers to stop hurting people. Please help before people are murdered by these individuals. Any evidence that you may need to assist me with this problem is available. I can prove everything that I am saying. Please help to stop these people, they are potential murderers & theives.
