            I went in with my a/c becoming hot and I could not have that being I had two young children. The problem was solved very quickly which was amazing but my vehicle only needed *****, there were no leaks. I paid $430.00 for ***** when I should have been diagnosed with the issue and price rather than the problem being addressed and then forced to pay. This issue could have been avoided and I could have fixed it myself..This issue happened at the beginning of August.

            THE VEHICLE IS A 2019 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE WHICH HAS 1234YF FREON WHICH IS A NEW FREON THAT MOST REPAIR SHOPS DO NOT HAVE. THIS FREON IS VERY EXPENSIVE AS IS THE RECYCLING MACHINE USED TO VACUUM AND REFILL THE VEHICLE. THIS IS NOT A FREON THAT JUST ANYONE CAN BUY AND REPAIR THEMSELF. ONLY A/C SPECIALTY SHOPS AND DEALERS WORK ON VEHICLES WITH THIS FREON. I'M SORRY THIS CUSTOMER FELT THIS WAY BUT IT IS NOT AN OVERCHARGE. THANKS, ********************* OWNER
