I'll start by saying I have 4 dogs & they went here regularly til today. The hours are 2 to 4pm. I take 4 dogs here & brought them after 3. today the rude old lady was in front. normally its the young lady who always lets me come in after 3pm.The younger lady is amazing. But the old lady is a liar & doesn't care about your pets. I came in at 320 & she had the nerve to ask me what do u need. I said I need to get lue seen. She said we don't take dogs after 3pm. Which is a lie. I bring 4 dogs her. I have spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS HERE IN 5 YEARS!!! I called Batt Vet & they said we stop taking walk ins at 330 let me talk to the vet. Came back on the line & said we will see you if you come right now. So I walked back in to get my records bc I already knew I wasn't going back after the lie. If you lie about hours posted on the door u will lie about my dogs for more money. When I walked back in she had the nerve to say "did you figure out what your going to do honey rudely like I didn't know she was being a smart ass. I said I'm good don't worry about me. Then asked the nice lady who always helps me to give me all my vet records. Then the old bat goes to making excuses. I told her I dont want to hear excuses. She then tried to smart ass cover her ass and explain. I said you don't have to explain anything to me. I don't need your excuses. The nice girl couldn't even say anything bc she new her old grouchy ass was dead wrong and shitty for what she did. I drop 300 to 600 every visit. For 4 different dogs. I never left that place spending $101 dollars. But at Batt in Metairie they treated me like family. Welcome me with open arms and took all 4 of my dogs and put them in the computer. Here's the crazy part. I was only charged $101. And is covered the vet visit, a shot and apaquil for a month. I normally wouldn't write a review like this but if I don't say something then they will never know. You lost a long time customer. If you stop taking people at 3pm advertise that.
