Accused teens of damage, threatened them with the bill, no phone calls to parents or guardians of the teens, banned the teens and no word to parents who pay the membership fee . When a parent called to discuss the banning and the accusation the worker out right stated the 15 year old did something he did not do and then said, "No one got in trouble. It was handled well " Not when you tell a parent a child did something he did not do. Also the person who did the damage was named already. Lies were told to the parents. And when the worker was called out on it she suddenly said it did not matter. Also a person claiming to be a police officer confronted four 14 and 15 year olds about damage done with no parent there. When the parent mentioned that to the worker she said,"That happened in the men's roomom. It was a gym member. I don't know his name." The parent said the whole thing sounded inappropriate. The worker restated she did not know the person who said he was the officer. Yet she knew he spoke to the young teens. NOT PROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY

A group of four local teenage boys who were members at the time were sighted going into the locker room. While in the locker room they took part in destructive behavior which is not tolerated by the club. A local town policeman who was in the facility approached the boys to let them know their behavior was not appropriate. Management asked the boys to leave and canceled their memberships. Upon membership cancellation, no further charges were incurred by the boys or their parents.
