    Have used Connex's sync software since 2014 to coordinate ***************** between our Quickbooks account and Shopify Store. Have had very few issues over the years (which is saying something given the pace of changes to technology). Equally and maybe more importantly on the few occasions where we have experienced a "hiccup" the customer service and technical support has experience has been great. Most recently a gentleman, ***, helped us sort out an issue that developed. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and very patient - and saw the process through till the end and resolution.

    We were having an issue with the sales tax that was charged to our customers on our website not matching what was reported in QuickBooks. I started an email case with them to see if this issue was related to Connex. We emailed back and forth several times and then the representative just called me. With the help I received I was able to eliminate Connex from being the source of the issue. The help I received was not defensive that it couldn't be their fault, it was quick, and it was accurate to lead me to where I could fully see what was going on in the background.

    There are over 500 invoices that werent pulled over this year. There is no way to contact them through phone and they dont get back via email.

    Helps streamline our day to day process. We have a blend of ecommerce and call/email orders and the product has done a good job of consolidating. Once you're up and running on here it's a set it and forget it mentality

    We have been a customer of ********************** since 2017 when our previous vendor went out of business. We had done a lot of research on replacement vendors and Connex was the only one that had nearly every feature we needed. Over the past 6+ years we've been using them, Connex has been receptive to all support requests and even added additional features that were necessary for us to grow when we had to change vendors. Having been a customer for so long we have seen a lot of innovation by Connex as they continue to create new solutions that grow with us that we leverage every day. The Connex product suite is critical to our success and continued growth!

    Great software. Saves me hours of time doing manual entry so I get all my receipts into QuickBooks fast. I know they had some recent staff changes and that has made a huge difference. When I submit support tickets they are usually answered within 24 hours and have always had great service from the Connex team.

    If I could give 0 I would. Their support staff is a joke - has been over 2 weeks and it still isn't working. They keep emailing me to "just do this" - i do it and nothing. Then magically after days "oh we found a bug". There is NO WAY to talk to them on the phone - so you have to use email. RUN, DON'T WALK - do not use this product

    This company has zero customer service.There business number refers you back to their website. Their emails are all do not reply to emails. If you are locked out of your account and request a reset, you never receive emails to assist with the reset. Therefore you cannot reset. Therefore you cannot submit any support tickets. Meaning you no longer have access to anyone within the company. But they continue to pull those payments every single month on auto pay. You cannot even contact billing if not through the website.Stay away!

    Very unprofessional company! I would stay away from this solution! The company raised their prices by double after 1 year & then again after the second year. There were no significant improvements to justify their price increases. They do not answer phones & they turn off tech support when they get significant problems. They canceled my account without cause or warning when they could not fix all the problems. They are a small understaffed company that is very slow to respond. Their systems were down for over a week when they executed an upgrade & still have problems 2 weeks after the upgrade. No improvements were seen by their upgrade, only problems.

    Super sketchy company. There is no way to get in touch with them. Phone number doesn't work, there's no customer service on their website, you can't respond to emails they send you. We were customers for a long time and they were awful and keep sending us emails and we cannot stop it because we can't get in touch with anyone. Can't log in because we're not customers. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Don't use them they caused so many issues on our website and there's no where to turn for help.
