This business will NOT stop spam-calling me. I never gave them my contact information, I've never worked with them before, and I continuously block their numbers, but I cannot have a single moment of peace. I will get these calls in the middle of work meetings, and it's frustrating for everyone there.

I am receiving almost daily phone calls from various recruiters that work for ALKU. I have asked multiple times via email for them to remove my information from their database and never received any response or confirmation that they will remove it. I continue to block phone numbers that make it to my phone, but new numbers continue to be created to allow their recruiters to attempt to make contact with me. I would like for them to simply stop contacting me as I am not interested in working with them, as I have explained via email. This is extremely poor business practice and I would advise anyone looking for contract roles to avoid providing contact information to them unless you want incessant phone calls for months or years to come.

This company places consultants. I never provided them my contact information, but they have continued to solicit me for over a year, making multiple calls per day in many cases. I have repeatedly instructed them to remove my contact information and stop contacting me and they continue to ignore **** have heard from others that have considered business with them that they're contracts are predatory for the industry. Either way, I just want them to stop harassing me with unsolicited phone calls.

Despite numerous requests, pleas, calls, emails, etc to not approve any random transactions that come in as they shift balances to advance their opportunity for junk fees, PNC continues to find ways to make money by the games they pay. They charged $36.00 4 times on a $7 charge that was available before midnight. This pathetic game must end. I know the federal government is involved with eliminating these junk fees. How do we get this changes? At the very least consumers need to be warned about the policies at PNC. They are not here to help small businesses but rather to take advantage of them.

I briefly worked for a Kronos consultant in 2016. Alku contacted me about a couple of job leads that went nowhere. In ************************* a completely different industry. Alku called me at least weekly for a few years despite me explaining that I no longer work in that industry and would like to be removed from their call list. I have talked to supervisors and made this request and it did nothing. I finally wrote a ****** review stating my issue and the calls stopped for about a year or so. Now they have started back up and I have had 2 calls from them in the last 24 hours. Do not tell me you will remove my number from your system. More than 10 Alku employees have told me this already. Just. Stop. Calling.

I have been assured both verbally and in writing over 10 times that I have been removed from the contact list.  I only have one phone number that I have been repeatedly contacted on after being assured I am off the list. Telling me this again is therefore meaningless.

I was contacted by ALKU recruiter via email regarding contract work this morning, 6/8/23, as I am currently job searching. The staffing consultant emailed me regarding contract work in my area of expertise promising that they had a number of contract jobs in their pipeline. I sent this person my resume and they did not respond after that. I do not think that they are a legitimate staffing firm especially after seeing all the complaints on BBB. I think they are one of these scams going on these days, praying on people that are job searching to get their personal information from their resume and then sell it. This is the second time this week that this has happened to me where I've entertained a job or contract work at a bogus staffing agency and as soon as they get my resume they don't call me back. Please be aware of these unethical people.

ALKU calls me daily, often multiple times per day for the past several years. I've asked multiple people to remove me from the call list but they are never able to, nor are they able to help in any meaningful way. Only a phone number with nobody answering or able to leave a voicemail is available.

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. However, they have continued their daily solicitation calls to me. Each of these callers are unaware of the situation and continue to be without any means of helping.

Please see the attached screenshot of ALKU calling me again on July 17th 2023. This is evidence that the business (ALKU) has not done what they claimed in the response to this complaint and have not adequately addressed the issue, as they continue to call me routinely.   A phone number from "*******, **" has always been the source of these calls (100% of the time), and because it is always different, I am unable to block the caller.

*****, thank you for reaching out. Your contact information was removed immediately following your previous request. We have confirmed through our systems that the number calling you is not associated with anyone working at ALKU. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you are facing. We thank you for following up on this.

Given the calls have reduced to 1x per week and no longer leaving voicemails, I cannot take your word as truth. Suggest providing objective evidence of the system updates and call/no-call policies to demonstrate the issue is resolved without additional time for me to collect data on the continued calls. Otherwise, additional time is required to collect evidence of the continued calls and their source.

Alku got my information off publicly available databases before I removed my phone number and email. I have requested multiple times - in email and on the phone - for their recruiters to remove me from their database. They do not listen and continue to call. I was called again today around noon by an Alku head hunter, and I told them to leave me alone. This is at least the 4th time I am telling and emailing Alku to stop soliciting.

Representatives of this company have called me each day for about 18 months. I have spoken to multiple representatives and told them to stop harrassing me; however, I still receive a call on my desk phone and personal cell phone in successive order. Most calls are now received as "Anonymous" in an effort to bypass the 10+ numbers I have personally blocked. I have even had some numbers spoofed to appear to be local to my area. They have called me outside business hours and on the weekend and they have even gone so far as to call other colleagues on my team in an effort to speak with me. I am reporting this in an effort to get ALKU to cease and desist from calling my personal cell phone.
