Purchased a car from Bertera Nissan in Sept 2023. On February 24 2024 I got a flat tire; after replacing tire with donut I returned the vehicle to Bertera Nissan to discover that a tire rod was bent and both front tires were completely shredded. Service Delivery people stated that they believe tire alignment was off and had caused the destruction of both tires. Fast forward ( after dealing with insurance) three weeks later I receive a call from David E that the work was complete, but now my brakes were horrible and my rotators were warped. After a very heated exchange with this unprofessional person he accused me of trying to scam the dealership. Voices were raised! David E returned my call to state that somehow my paperwork was mixed up with another client and he was going to figure out what happened. Minutes later he once again called me to state that brakes and rotators were the new addition to the bill and that it would be an additional $600 . How is it possible for such damage to occur?! David E is rude, verbally aggressive toward customers , and should NOT be what Nissan wants as their service manager ! Upon receiving my car David E was nowhere to be found. He didn't even have the professionalism to apologize for his outrageous behavior. He is not who Bertera Nissan of Auburn should have representing them. To be fair prior to this interaction both Shawn M and Enrico ( sorry I do not have his last name ) were the exemplary of professionalism. Thank you Shawn and Enrico.

The lack of professional integrity in my interaction at this dealership was about the worst I've ever experienced in my entire adult life. After confirming the vehicle's availability multiple times, I traveled an hour to this dealership expecting to complete a purchase based on two phone calls, a text exchange, their website and autotrader price quotes. Yet, when I arrived, they tried to sell me the vehicle with a base price $5400 more than the advertised price..and when I cited the advertisements and showed them the screenshots, they said they had no idea where that price could have come from while quickly changing their tactics to say that the vehicle wasn't available anymore and had been sold earlier that day..All with no shame or remorse!

My vehicle was brought to Nissan for an insurance diagnostic 8/11. After the diagnostic was done, I was told my car was ready to pick picked up. When I picked up my car on 8/18 it ROARED loudly with an awful exhaust leak it didnt have before. The car went to 2 body shops before going to Nissan and NONE of those shops reported or saw any damage to my exhaust.I immediately turned around and brought my car back to Nissan and a nice service gentleman called a ****** for me on the phone. ****** told me my car had a laundry list of issues anyway and that I could bring it back the next day for him to me what he called a rotting car. I arrived the next morning at 8:00am and was greeted by ***** a technician who brought me over to see ******. ****** did not look me in the eye and ignored me. While I was standing right in front of him, ****** complained loudly to **** about my issue and said YEAH, I got a call at 6:30 LAST NIGHT ON MY PERSONAL PHONE about her and her problems with her car that has a laundry list of issues .He then proceed to call a stupid b**** under his breath and told **** to go show me my rotting under carriage.I took this picture **** showed me with a random hole in the flex pipe that was NOT there before and several other technicians can confirm them. He told **** to show me that my car was rotting anyway and told me to leave and that they would not take any responsibility I brought my car to Nissan Bertera IN GOOD WORKING condition and they returned it to me with a giant hole in the flex pipe and blamed it on me. When I brought my car there with an unrelated issue for a diagnostic and it was returned with a suspicious damage to my flex pipe. Not only was I degraded , disrespected called a vulgar name, my car was returned to me completely undrivable because its so loud and I have a baby.I felt like I was not treated well here because of the age of my vehicle

My paint is chipping off my 2018 nissan frontier Then while there my truck would not start they quoted me a price of $1200 for a new starter I picked up my truck and brought it to my own mechanic who put in a new starter for $350 They also charged me $156 for the diagnostic and told me I needed new brakes which I had just replaced This business is very dishonest and their prices are four times a regular mechanic I am still being jerked around about the paint telling me I would have to go to Marlboro to have this fixed Buyer beware take your business elsewhere!!!!

First off, I would not even give 1 star if I had a choice to choose 0 stars. Here' my horror story. I bought a used 2015 Nissan Frontier and wanted to find out everything that needs repaired. I paid them $312 for that. And I got a list of 20 things, 11 were marked critical. One thing is the oil pan, which I noticed it's wet and asked them to check it out. They told me it's rusted and rotted out and needs to be replaced for $435!!! I couldn't believe it and searched on Amazon and found the oil pan and the gasket for only $50! I mean how much can an OEM part be for an oil pan?? On top of that, they quoted $141 for oil change and it's not even mobile 1 full synthetic oil. Wait a minute, don't you have to replace the oil when you replace the oil pan? Why am I charged a separate oil change fee? Another thing is one bad tire pressure sensor. And the cost to replace that is also over $400. I know for a fact a sensor costs only $20. So the rest goes to labor? Guess what, I took the truck to a well known tire shop and they only charged me $58 for everything! The dealer also refused to perform state inspection on my truck without first having my rear brakes replaced. Or they said would fail the inspection. They told me the pad was gone and it's metal to metal but I hear no squeaking sound or feel vibration from braking. So I took the truck to another inspection center and they checked everything and passed it. Amongst the rest of the issues they listed, there's wheel alignment because they told me the truck was going to the right when they test drove it. But I just got brand new tires put on before picking up the truck. The alignment was already performed besides, it's not going off the road when I drive it. And they want $60 for replacing windshield wipers! I get a pair for $8 from any local auto shop. The whole quote came to a whopping $6000. Of course, I refused them. Folks, I was Berterrorized per one of my friends.
