            I visited the instyle fragrances on Saturday March 26, 2022 looking to buy a specific perfume. (Gucci bloom nettare di fiori). They had it in stock and I bought it. After taxes, the total purchase came to $90.31. When I got home I opened the package and sprayed the perfume and realized it sprayed differently than the perfume should. I realized the packaging had a white box behind the text, which doesn't appear on the real packaging. I did looked online and found that Gucci doesn't even produce this perfume in the size bottle they sold me(1.0 oz). It was fake. On April 2, 2022 I returned to the store to return and ask for a refund and was denied a refund, and told it was real and I was free to exchange it. I didn't want to exchange it because they had already sold me a counterfeit product. I'm hoping the BBB can help me get a refund, and become aware that this business is selling counterfeit perfumes.

Now the cusotmer is not telling the whole truth my being the ower was/ is the one sold her the product i opened it she smelled it on the spot/store than bought it i told her we dont do refunds if she didnt like it as well there was a sign posted at the cash out counter stating our policy. lond store short gucci makes about 12 diffrent kinds of types in this product some are regular gucci bloom and diffrent types or favors i been doig this for 22 years and own 30 locations i never got this prolem with anyone when she came bake to return it i offered exchange of the product as i told ad promised her but she is saying this product is a fake which is not 100%. i still will exchange it for somthing else our policy is firm as we dont sell fake plus us being small buinsess dont do refunds hope this helps if any questions BBB can call me direct to discuss thanks god bless
