Capitol was great to work with. We had 25 replacement windows and a slider to our deck done. I was skeptical that it would all be as easy as Dale explained but it absolutely was. Installer was very professional, did everything as agreed, and worked quietly and neatly. I work from home and there was minimal disruption to my day. Happy to recommend!Review from Alison R

I got a quote from the estimator and made sure to spell out in writing that the job would include building a custom built on-site small roof over the back door in addition to the siding job they did. This was specified in the contract in writing. When the workers were installing the siding it was clear they were not building the small roof, so I contacted the company and described our agreement, went over the written contract and asked for them to honor this part. The owners declined, and installed a much smaller prefab terrible roof that I had insisted in the beginning I did not want. I reminded then again and they refused to build what they had in the contract. I originally contacted this business through the BBB to prevent this kind of deceptive behavior and ignoring of a written contract. I will not do business with this company again.

This was not deceptive behavior. We had ordered a custom awning for this customer, and she did not like the way it looked. We gave her a choice to replace it or take a discount on the final invoice and she chose the discount. I guess you cannot please everyone, but we try very hard.Review from Kathy H.

If I could add 5 more stars - I would select all 10!!!!! I could not be happier with the work that Capitol Siding has done on my house. From the roof to the siding to the gutters, the work on my house was exceptional. Workmen were on time, courteous and took care of any debris created. It was a big job done with expertise right down to every small detail. I feel so very fortunate to have chosen Capitol Siding for this job and I would recommend them to anyone who loves their home. I originally booked a siding and window installation with Capitol Siding in early 2020. The job was not started until January 2021(I asked company to postpone until Spring but they refused). Workers would show up for an hour and then leave, never knew when they were coming...it took months for them to finish. They left trash and construction materials around my yard after they said they had cleaned up. A year later I am still finding nails and bits of packing material in the yard. They also forgot to do the flashing around our front door and l needed to call and have them come back to do it. After they finished we noticed wind blowing through our closed dining room window. The installer failed to seal ANY of the windows and a different installer finally came and sealed them all. Now we have condensation inside the panes of another window. We are still waiting for it to be replaced. I have lost all confidence that anything was done right. It just is never-ending and I just want to be done with this company.
