            When closing out the bill at the establishment, ***** sent a fraud alert email. I verified the email and the establishment said that it wasn't working. I then provided the establishment with a debit card to rectify the bill as they told me they have recently had problems with ***** credit cards. The waitstaff had me sign my bill on a tablet, they later came back and said that the signature did not match up with my Driver's license, so i then resigned. when i checked my statements a few days later i was charged on both my credit card and my debit card. I reached out to the staff of the establishment and the Manager reassured me that he would rectify the situation and that is not how they do business there. However, he later emailed me that he had two signed invoices and that he would take no action on the matter, even though i explained the situation to him. This establishment lied while closing out the bill, which I'm sure happens quite often, considering ***** bank sends fraud alerts any time the establishment runs their credit cards.

            A gentleman named ***********************, he was in our club. He disputed the charge via credit card, he actually charge 2 separate cards. It is signed for both purchases when he was here. I can explain further In a more more detailed way or email, if you would like, I won both credit card disputes that he tried to dispute and he is looking for the 601a $149 to be a refund, which the credit card companies both deemed not fit for refund.
