I have done business with this company for many years and have purchased rare coins from them and sold coins on consignment in the past. I sent coins to them this past summer on consignment for sale. Since that time I have not been able to contact them via phone calls or emails and have heard nothing from them about my coins that they have in their possession.

I purchased coins from Bunker Hill Rare Coin on December 4, 2023. I never received shipment of the coins. I have called the firm multiple times requesting shipment or refund of my purchase price. After multiple times requesting a call back, finally received a call and was told I would receive a check since the coins were reportedly lost. Have not received the promised check. Have continued to call, leave a message, and receive no response.

on August 04, 2022 I sent 4 coins to Bunker Hill rare coin on consignment. Within 1 month they sent me a check for one of the coins. The other 3 coins, I have not received any money for despite several conversations with ***** ******, a broker for the company, that the coins had been sold and should receive a check shortly. Calling every month the same promise that I would receive a check shortly never came to fruition. The last time I spoke with ***** was in January of 2024. Subsequent calls weekly after that with a voice mail to leave a message with general and consignment departments with no return calls.

My husband and I purchased nearly $700,000 in rare coins from Bunker Hill Rare Coins,, from *********. We tried to sell the coins back to BHRC and instead we got insufficient funds checks and BHRC is still in possession of 2 coins ( 1 valued at $2600 and the other $2450), My husband then sold all of our coins to another scam coin dealer (****** Coins and Collectibles) for $105,000. We are now out approximately $600,000

In June of 2017, I shipped 23 coins to Bunker Hill Rare Coins (BHRC) to be sold on Consignment. These were coins I had purchased over several years from BHRC beginning in the late 2000s. In December of 2023, 5 coins were still in the possession of ****. On January 3, 2024, I sent a certified letter to **** requesting that the remain coins be returned to me. A Certified copy was sent to *************************, ********** ********** Secretary, CEO, CFO, ***************** at his address in *****, **. Based on phone conversations with ***********************, head of consignments, I was assured I would receive checks for 1 coin that had been sold (paid half 1/30/24 and the other 3/5/24), 1 coin would be returned (received 3/1/24), 2 coins were sold and payments would be made to me in **************** and the last coin had a potential buyer that would be contacted and that the coin would be returned if the buyer declined to purchase the coin. I have called the **** offices numerous time in the last 2&1/2 months. Previously, there was a receptionist that would answer the phone. Since the beginning of March, only a voice mail has answered the phone and I have left numerous messages the office in the Consignment mailbox and general mailbox. Likewise, **************** has not answered his cell phone and has not returned any calls.

This business called me February 2022, saying they had buyer(s) for 3 of my gold coins, that my late husband had purchased over the years from them. I sent them, an 1865, a 1908, and an 1872, they confirmed receiving on February 17, 2022. After texting, calling, and emailing, I finally received payment on ********, on December 5, 2022, the CHECK was dated September 6, 2022. I received payment on the 1908 coin on April 18, 2022. Keep in mind that they told me they had buyers but final payment took months to get to me, causing worry. In April 2022, I was told my last coin, the 1872, sold, leaving me expecting full payment of $12,000, as they said they should receive full payment by the end of January 2023. Finally, I called Bunker Hill on speakerphone in my vehicle, speaking to Wm. ***********************, the account executive (the gentleman I texted and called and emailed all along), and he told me my coin was hard to sell, but i was not to worry because they got a new buyer and as soon as they send in full payment I would be paid. This is odd, three months after my coin was supposedly fully paid for by their client, I would be paid the end of January 2023, but now in March 2023, I am told this story. After more attempted communications with **. ***********************, I received an email on July 17, 2023 that Bunker Hill Rare Coin proposed to change the terms of the coin (1872) consignment to a purchase, changing the agreement back on February 17, 2022. Wm. *********************** stated, "We will mail the first payment this week." After many texts, phone calls and emails, I finally received the half payment for $6,000 on August 16, 2023, the check was dated July 17, 2023. The final payment of $6,000 has not arrived. Wm. ****************** said about this, "We have no money." I told him they did, as they sold my $12,000, they received the $6,000 they owe me.

I was told two weeks ago that Bunker Hill Rare Coin would be putting the final payment of $6,000, for my $12,000 1872 gold coin, in the mail that day.  To date, I have not received this check.  Please help me retrieve this final payment as my coin had sold a couple years ago and they received full payment at that time.

    Thank you.
    Have a blessed day!
