    Purchased a ORIG3N NOOM DNA Test kit- there is no app, nor website, to register the kit. I have emailed the company with a returned/blocked/invalid email.

    I bought THREE Orig3N kits (two were gifts) - all 3 of us followed instructions and sent in our information (did the official registration and swab tests). The kits were purchased in March and the tests submitted in ***** (can get date) and we have heard nothing. Further, their website is down and there is no way to contact them. Please advise.

    I have never received any results and I would like my money back. It was something like $20 but it was stolen from me. I bought the skin care DNA test kit and heard nothing from the company after I did everything I was supposed to do. I have tried contacting the company with no response. They have received my personal information and my DNA and have provided nothing in return and this is ok? This is criminal and this place shouldve been shut down long ago.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I dont expect to. Its worrisome that this company is allowed to take peoples DNA and money like this and no one is doing anything about it.

    I purchased my orig3n metabolism test kit at the beginning of March, registered the kit, and mailed it off around the 10th. It's now almost 5 weeks later, and i have yet to hear anything about the sample i sent off.

    My family and I purchased three check swab test back In September ********************************************************************************************************************* The app. Its now the end of year and no results at all. Its been about three months now. We ******** scammed . I attached a screen shot of my test but my family did theres too

    This business seems to be a scam!! They are taking your information and selling it. Do not use Orig3n to find out your information. I bought a kit and the site to register is a fraudulent site. BEWARE!!!!!

    On July 15, 2020 I received notification they received my DNA kit to begin analyzing. On October 21, 2021 I was told it would be processed in the next 6-8 weeks and I have received nothing. No additional communication despite my attempts and no refund.

    I purchased a dna kit on Amazon in August of 2021. When I reached out by email in February to find out where my results were I was told I needed to submit a new kit my sample had degraded while on the shelf waiting to be tested. I received the new kit and mailed the sample back in February. In March I was told 2-3 weeks. In April they stopped responding to my emails so I attempted to call to only find out I could only email. I have now sent an email request for support through the website 6 times and received no response at all. I'm looking to either get a refund or my results.
