Service right is a company with high integrity. They are honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Jolly came in to service my boiler. He did his best to save me money on the job and helped to manage problems with my second furnace for my second unit. ***** called the next morning to see if we still had heat. I would highly recommend Service Right, LLC and I intend on using them for all of my heating maintenance needs.Review from Patricia C

I needed service on my navien heating system, as it was leaking and it seemed the house wasn't getting as warm. This was during the recent cold spell.Jolly, from Service Right, came and diagnosed the problem. The installer of the system had used incorrect piping, which disintegrated and caused the leak. There were other issues discovered as well, that I won't go into here.However, ***** fixed the issues very efficiently. I will use this service again for any HVAC/Plumbing needs and I highly recommend him because he is competent, professional and thorough. He takes the time explain the issue and the needed repair. When I had an HVAC need on Christmas Eve, ***** answered the phone himself and showed up that day and got our heat working immediately. He even came on Christmas Day morning to finish the job. He is polite, professional, honest, knowledgeable and timely. He charges a fair rate, and does not try to make you sign up for a service plan or fix things that dont need fixing. I highly recommend Jolly (Service Right) and I already have to others. I will be using his services exclusively going forward.Review from Darlene H

HVAC service done right! ***** is meticulous in analyzing what the problem is and honest in communicating what he needs to do to resolve it and lastly responsive when things go wrong at the worst time possible! Service you can rely on and all his quality jobs for me stands the test of time. Dont waste time calling aok around. I lost my heat right before Christmas. The owner was so responsive to my call and came out quickly. When there was a problem the next day, he came right back to fix it and called me two days in a row to make sure I had heat. I do not remember the last time I was this impressed with a company that did work on my house. Truly amazing! I highly recommend this company and cant say enough about this man and his work.Review from charlene n

******* avd his company are amazing and they are at the top of my list to call with plumbing issues. Service Right was very quick and professional! Our heat was out on a cold, cold day; ***** was able to fit me in promptly, and he was thorough and up-front about pricing, timing, etc. Got the job done swiftly despite (what looked like) some complications caused by someone elses previous repair.
