The ****** Gold group I moved money from my 401k through my employer to invest in a secure location with ****** gold I was so astonished by how well they helped me through every step of the process clear down to the purchase of my investment I cannot thank them enough for being so supportive helpful. Their customer service is top notch. You would not be dissatisfied using them and if you're not you need to be.

Transferred money into an *** held at Fidelity for the purpose of covering a bill. The total of the funds were not available for nearly a month even though cash settlement is T+1. When calling about why my funds were not fully available, it took several people before I could get an answer; to which the response was that due to scams against them, they are holding on to funds longer than usual. There was no notification to investors, most of the employees for Fidelity could not give a reason why, and quite frankly, a financial firm the size of Fidelity should be better prepared to handle such instances. Passing on holding times to customers nearly a month out when cash should settle next day is disgusting and an abuse. Financial services and clearing firms need to financially stable and better prepared for scams without passing on the consequences to investors. Would not recommend. Would select no stars if possible.

Do not use Fidelity to transfer Money! Their transaction is very **************** are the details for my experience:1. On 01/08/2025, my fidelity personal account received $43000 Electronic Funds Transfer cash from my other bank's account. 2. Usually other banks take 3~4 days to verify the money and allow money to be withdrawn. 3. On 01/14/2025, I still did not see $43000 settled cash to be withdrawn. 4. On 01/15/2025, I called Fidelity **************** and they told me the money needed to be settled until 01/31/2025. I never saw an inefficient money settled process like Fidelity did, and I think there must be some big problem inside Fidelity which needs someone's attention.

Do not use Fidelity Investments. They are terrible. On January 2, 2025, I transferred $1500 to fidelity to buy ***** stock. Transfer was done electronically from ********** account. On January 13, 2025, I decided to get my money back for some emergency needs. However, I was not allowed to transfer. So, I called the 800 number. Fidelity ***resentative said the money will be available on January 27, 2025. So, there is a 25 day wait to see if the funds clear. In this day-and-age, with high technology, all the transactions clear instantly; Fidelity Investment is waiting 25 days (meanwhile using the the funds as they wish). I asked the *** to speak with a manager. I was transferred to ****, manager. Manager said there is absolutely nothing we can do even if you are dying we have to wait until 27th. Since this is a review, I don't think I will get any help from BBB. But, we will see. It looks like I have to wait until 27th. I will take the money then. AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AT **********************. AND NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. Fidelity does not protect its customers' well being. TERRIBLE **********************...

Stole my money and rude about it to boot. They send a letter to the wrong address then tell me it's my responsibility. I never once said it was okay for them to start an account but they sent a dead letter to the wrong place and because I didn't get it they started taking money without permission. Can't be considered anything but theft! I was able to cancel but now they will use what they took as fees for this account they opened without permission. How is this place allowed to do this??? Not happy and will not be giving them anything in the future unless they catch me in another loophole. *********

No communication when making deposits into Fidelity accounts that there will be a 21+ day hold before you can transfer! Trying to do a **** conversion but need to wait over three weeks. No emails, nothing on their site, no announcements at all. This should be illegal to hold funds hostage this long and to not even communicate to their customers is plain disrespectful. Will never recommend anyone use Fidelity and to go to ****** and ******** instead.

I want to know why my Fidelity account is restricted again. I have 2 college degrees I worked hard in my lifetime. At 65 years old, I am being treated by Fidelity investments very cruel. Please Fidelity why didn't you let me transfer to ******. You then made me come back to Fidelity again to talk to your back office for more cruel aggression towards me You wrote me a letter to leave Fidelity and I followed your instructions only to be forced to cruelty by your back office againI worked as an RN and a special ** teacher only to be abused by your employees. Why is that happening. I need to retire not to suffer continual abuse when I need my funds. If my family members have to suffer financially anymore because again you have restricted my funds I am holding you responsible I am not rich and I have to buy food. What is going on? I don't understand what you are doing to us financially and emotionally.I am a kind person, but your poor treatment of me has gone on too long. Why are you doing these cruel acts? I would never treat anyone like you treat me. Please allow me to leave Fidelity. You want me to leave also. Let me go. Do you have an ombudsman?

Fidelity Bloom obtained my bank funds on 12/2/2024. Their disclaimers stated it will take 1-2 days to reflect. 2 days passed, my funds were not available. Called 2 times with two different agency and that Fidelity *****s stated 12/15/2024 funds will be available. And that you can make a complaint with the company to which I did and it seems SOMEONE, personally changed the distribution of the funds to a later date. Its now 12/16 and 3rd ***** states funds will be available on 12/24/2024. Someone changed this date in the back end. Not fair. A WHOLE MONTH to see my deposit funds. Thank you CORPORATE AMERICA. The little people continues to suffer.

12/11/2024 Waited for quite a while to turn 59.5 even made 2 phone calls with 9 month out and 6 months prior to the big day.Only to find out fidelity holds 20 + % for federal and state taxes. The young man took his time explaining how taxes work. I have been working since I was in my teens. I understand we all pay taxes and we cannot escape taxes. What they could do be up front with this 20+% they hold. My plans that I had made, that I had worked so hard for are over. I like other people would like to enjoy life after many decades of hard work on my own terms. Very unfortunate, extremely disappointing news on the very day of 59.5. The team members had no consideration to properly inform me so that I can plan better. Again I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by fidelity, as I will not be able to follow through with my plans at this age and stage in my life. Pre senior in **********

Worst experience of my life. They forced me to go in person to sign for an investment account I was opening for an LLC in the ***. I spend hundreds of dollars on this trip explicilty to sign the papers, only to have them tell me AFTER I got home that they had me sign the wrong papers and I would have to go back in person to sign the correct ones. You would think this could all be done via notary, especially since their complete incompetence was at fault.
