They have very few games to play, many of which crash everytime still not ever been able to play those ones that crash. I do not like the way they show the amount of money or winnings and I really think it's to confuse the player. I was thinking when my redeem amount read ****** that must mean ****** U.S.amount I could redeem well not the case. I went to redeem and it was only 25 dollars where does that make any since? Therefore my winnings that have that large number is pennies and I still have never won a over that 25$ amount so I am beginning question their gaming practices and are they truly legit for the people who invest time and money playing what little games they have. I won't be putting anymore of my hard earned money into this casino. Glad they help charity that's all fine but we are also customers who play to win not always lose or put gaps on the win amounts and the numbers you use is deceiving to the player as well!!

Please accept our sincere apologies for the negative experience that you have had on Golden Hearts Games. We never like to hear that we have let a member of our community down.
In regards to your concerns about how we present our coins and our winnings, I am not sure that I completely understand. We try to make it as clear as possible and have messaging everywhere that notes how much each coin is worth (500 Sweeps Coins are worth $1.00) and when we show your balance we always show the redemption value of that balance so if it is confusing that is absolutely not what we are trying to do and we do not receive a lot of questions or concerns about how much coins can be redeemed for when exchanging them for prize payouts.Did you have an opportunity to exchange any emails with our Support Team about your concerns?

well they are very unfair to the players, now the players have to buy the hearts to play, before we got 32 cards, so a lot of ** cannot afford to play . it cost $10.00 for **** hearts, where before you could play all the time with a subscription as little as *****, a lot of us are on ssd, ssi, ss and or low incomes, we supported them for many years, now we get throw under the bus with their greediness, its really sad how we get treated, many have quit, and especially for shutins, this was their only form of entertainment!!! Its like a trend, the same 2-3 players win all the big games sometimes 4-6 x. they are $100.00, and $250.00 jackpot, its sad how greed has forced people to quit because of the expensive sight, its almost they want to get rid of players!!!!!Review from Donna L

Golden Hearts Games went into my account which is Password Protected!!! They went into my account and made changes to my donations amount!!! I also have a screenshot. I check my account every day. I noticed the amount was different. Also I feel they discriminate against me. They dont like the things I say about how they cheat their players. They make money off of me and every other member. UNFAIR GAMING PRACTICES AND GOING INTO MY ACCT AND MAKE CHANGES. THAT IS FRAUD!!!
