    Luggage missed departure of cruise. Two days in it still has not arrived. And they cant tell us when it will.

    Worst experience ever. Confirmed time for pickup (confirmed by company three times) was 1-3 pm. Showed up at 10;00am. Called customer service at least 9 times (held on each call over 30 minutes), texted and chat sent regarding clarification on liquid allowed in bag ,ie, liquid hair spray, ***********. Told okay if not in aerosol can. Got notice via email, *** denied for shipment due to ?? Aerosol in bag. Packed no aerosol can. Requested pictures to verify but they could not supply. Told I voided contract and they were keeping $400 and no refund. Asked why they could not remove offending item and ship. Told they didnt have enough time to do that (had bag at DHL holding site for 3 days when contacted they would not ship. Looks and feels like a scam to just keep money. Be afraid of this company even though Viking Cruise lines suggested it and is partners with it.

    My wife, ******* and I, are having a mirrored experience atop ***** S's review posted 09/12/2022. Our two pieces of luggage were picked up from our home on 09/23/2022 with a delivery date of 10/07/2022 to our dream vacation ship, Regents Seven Seas Cruises ship Explorer, in ******, *****. Our lies started shortly thereafter with repeated emails stating delays were being the cause of ******* Customs. My bag was reported as arriving on schedule, but since my wife's bag was delayed, mine could not be forwarded to our ship since two bags were on the original order and two bags had to be together in order to have them delivered to our ship. Well, here we are on 10/14/2022 without either piece of luggage and still being lied to by Luggage Forward as to their whereabouts and when we could expect to have them delivered. The latest lie was a exception to the two bag order. My bag was now being released on 10/07/2022 and I should be receiving tracking information on it immediately. Well guess what. Today is 10/14/2022 and still no bag or tracking order. I would caution anybody from utilizing this very expensive service. Carry your bags, pay porters etc to assist you with their handling if you are unable to do it yourself. Let the customer BEWARE!

    Be afraid. Horrible experience with Luggage Forward. I shipped my bag to ********** for a very expensive trip to ****** and ***** to celebrate my birthday. The day before I departed I received an email saying the bag was delayed. I called immediately and the lies began. They represent that they are experts at managing customs. Lie #1- the customer service person immediately blamed customs (which conveniently relieves them of responsibility) and told me there was nothing they could do. Lie #2- ****, the next customer service person I spoke to told me "they will bribe customs if that is what it takes". Now I now they have no staff in ****** and by the way- bribery is illegal.. Lie #3- **** told me they would do whatever they could to get me my bag over the weekend. Now I know DHL doesn't deliver in ****** on Saturdays and Sundays. Lie #4- when it became apparent that my bag would not be delivered to ********** **** asked me where we were staying in *****. I told her an Air BNB apartment but that no deliveries could be made to the apartment. Lie #5- she used the address anyway to schedule delivery in *****. Lie #6- I communicated multiple times in writing the correct address and over multiple phone calls to confirm receipt. They never updated the correct address and I never got my bag. After I had already been in 2 different locations in ****** and DHL told me they could not deliver the bag. We were leaving for ***** early the next morning and I had to rent a car and drive 50 miles round trip to retrieve my bag. They lie, their marketing is deceptive and they hide behind a worthless set of terms and conditions hiding on their website. Deplorable. Be afraid.

    We shipped our luggage with Luggage Forward and it still has not arrived. I have tried calling their customer line but no one ever answers the phone. This has been one of the worst experiences ever! DO NOT ship with this company.
