    Called Boston ProShop on May 26th left voicemail regarding a return (phone call was never returned). Returned item with tags still on and had never been worn (Boston Bruins #** game jersey, $185) via mail because it did not fit. Followed instructions on packing slip for mail in return. Tracking confirms the item was received by Boston ProShop on May 30th. Sent an email on June 18th providing tracking confirmations and packing slip information because our credit card had not been credited. Called and left voicemail on the same day. No response. Send a 2nd email on June 25th and attempted to call. Voicemail was full. Still no response to email or voicemails and no credit to our credit card account. Horrible experience and out $185 with no jersey to show for it. Horrible experience! Hard to believe they are able to represent the Boston Bruins.

    They had no problem, taking my order and taking my money, knowing full well that they did not have the bandwidth to get my order to me on time for Christmas. Looks like its business as usual for the Boston proshop. S******* over customers who are foolish enough to think that proshop is a professional organization with any level of customer service or anybody who is willing to answer the phones or respond to emails that you send them. The biggest bunch of dirtbags Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Will not be shopping with them again and will be sure to let everybody know not to. Theres a reason why they have 100 one star reviews on ******* Its a year-round issue with them.

    ******** On November 14, 2023 I placed an order (#******) for 4 Boston Bruins engraved luggage tags at a cost of $48.00 (plus $1.55 package protection and $9.99 shipping) for a total of $59.54. I received a confirmation email from Boston ProShop the same day. My bank statement on November 17, 2023 showed that that amount had been paid. In early December of 2023 I made several phone calls to check on the status of the order. No one answered the calls, and attempts to leave a message were futile since the mail box was said to be full. I sent an email to them on December 6,2023 and received no reply. I sent a letter to their manager on December 11, and never received a reply.A of this writing I have not received my merchandise or any information from the Boston ProShop. It is difficult to understand why I cannot receive an answer to my request. I have read several similar complaints on the BBB website none of which appeared to have responded to by the Boston ProShop.

    *** visited the actual Boston ProShop many times so decided to place an online order through their website. I placed an order on 11/20 for a Bruins hoodie for my husband. I was charged the same day for my item and received an email confirmation regarding my purchase. As of 12/2 I have not received an update regarding the order. I went online and filled out a customer request regarding the status of my order. When I clicked submit it stated my request could not be fulfilled at this time. I then tried to email the company at the listed used when sending me the original order status. The email was kicked back stating my request could not be sent. I then called the number listed; my first attempt stated the voice mailbox was full; my second attempt led me to a voicemail stating You have reached (a completely different number than what I dialed). Please leave a message. I did not leave one because that seemed to be a red flag to me. I messaged the company through ******** Messenger stating my credit card was charged and I needed a status update. I also stated I have been attempting to contact them and if I did not hear back within 24 hours I would be contacting the BBB to report the company. I stated Ive read reviews and customers are experiencing the same issues. Miraculously ******** responded via Messenger within 2 minutes stating We apologize and will contact our team regarding your order. This company has charged many people for items and does not shop the items and there are many customers like me waiting for status updates. My next step is filing a dispute with my credit card company to refund my money for an item I did not receive.

    Zero stars! I ordered 2 items online on two different days. The first order said Shipped on November 14 but as of today, November 30, there is nothing moving. The second order I received an acknowledgment on November 19 but no shipping information yet. This amounts to over $500 USD, which is more in ******** dollars. I was expecting these items in time for Christmas. Contacting them is wasted effort as they wont answer emails or the phone. I have resorted to posting on their social media accounts and will continue until this is resolved. They took my moneyI want my items!!! This is criminal. If they dont have the stock, they shouldnt accept the orders!!

    Placed an online order for a **********. Tried leaving multiple voicemail and sending emails but never got a response. No one picks up the phone during the day. Awful service. I finally heard from someone after 2 weeks with a tracking number only. No other info in the email. The tracking number isnt valid. Finally got the jersey but the jersey arrived damaged! The **************** the front emblem has come undone. Awful quality and awful service. Youd think the proshop would care about customers. Obviously they dont

    Placed an order on December 1st 2022 for a Winter Classic jersey promised before Christmas and have yet to receive item although charged. I have called on a number of occasions with no answer and tried to leave a voicemail but inbox is full. I also tried emailing my Season Ticket holder representative and Fans Relations manager to no avail. I want my jersey.

    Ordered a reverse retro jersey on 11/1/22 and it was charged on 11/2/22. It is now 2/3/23 and I have phoned multiple times but either no one answers the phone or when a new number was listed no one answered messages left. Multiple emails unanswered. Abysmal serviceactually the whole experience feels like a scam. No merchandise and no ability to contact a customer service representative. Have left messages at corporate customer service numbers but evidently they dont care either about their reputation. Have never had this happen at any other team store/site but it seems that this location is continuing this total lack of dishonest business practice.

    Ordered 12/8 for guaranteed shipping for Christmas. Got the email they got the order, charged the card. Never sent, cant get ahold of ANYONE, left countless messages, emails etc. Terrible.
