If there were negative 10 stars that's what this place would be rated. On Sunday January 26th approximately at 5:30 p.m. I went into the gas station which is called super in Saugus Ma, I purchased a pack of cigarettes which were $11.67 and $11 of gas. I did not have my driver's license to show identification for the cigarettes, he then brought out his own identification and scanned his. My credit card showed a $23.40 transaction. I went outside and began pumping the gas I was having a problem pumping, I tried to press the help button, which did not work I was not surprised, considering the screen was outdated. I went back in and explained to the guy I couldn't pump the gas he told me that I didn't pay & was going to charge me the $11 I said I already paid it on my credit card. He said "no" you didn't I then went and showed him my transactions it clearly showed that I was charged the total of $23.40. I said to him forget it void the transaction my credit card will get a refund. He then pressed a couple buttons and I said don't you need my credit card I went out to get my credit card came in and looked at the slip of the credit and you only credited me $12.40. I called my card & reported it. I checked to see if the credit went through and it did not show up on my transactions 5 hours later I checked again and it still did not show up at all even for the $12.40 that he supposedly credited me I feel that this guy should be penalized for committing committing fraudulent activity as well as selling ******** products without proper identification.

BEWARE!! This complaint is for the ********** location which is not certified through the BBB. Through SP I was mislead on the price of a service verbally and the problem on my vehicle was not fixed. I was charged 850 for a check engine light issue, 2 days later the light goes back on. ******* of SP then told me, I can clear it for you for 75$ after initially paying him for the first service. This company clearly does not value its customers. Other reviews will show this as well. Could not recommend avoiding them enough!!
