    Had an appointment in ******* was late, they couldn't see me fine. Give me my money back I told her because I paid a month before my appointment . They refused to give me my $1000 dollars back which they have for about one month now. They said they will call me sometime next week to talk about it. No need to call send me my money please.

    I went in during the winter and was received well for what is a very personal procedure of laser hair removal. I made it known that this procedure should be done with one person and I was to work with one person considering the very personal nature of this. I have gone in for three full body laser works and have seen two different people much to my discomfort.I have found that not only has the procedure not worked, the person with whom I worked kept canceling appointments and no longer works for the company.I no longer feel comfortable attending and I do not find that my money has been well spent as I do not have reason to believe that the procedure should work.I was told that I was supposed to go every six weeks faithfully but I could not do this without that person to work with me this very private and intimate type of hair removal.Due to their lack of sensitivity to my privacy and due to the laser treatment not being effective I am wanting to be reimbursed.I am told that I cannot receive a refund simply because I signed an agreement.That is an insult to my privacy and an insult to my integrity.

    I went to a laser hair removal service and after my service I was asked if I would like to purchase a promotion they had for 8 visits for a special price, it was a great deal so I bought the promotion. I had gone to two of the visits with some time in between due to moving far away and moving back and then for my third visit it was like 9 months and I went back and was asked if I had taken antibiotics within two weeks time? I had so we had to reschedule so that visit didnt count. COVID happened and couldnt schedule visits and when they finally opened they are saying that they cant find me in the system and they dont know what to do and hung up on me! Then I called again and told the same thing and I asked for the manager they said her name was ****** and she wasnt there and they would have her call me back, I waited and no call for a week. I called back and I asked for the manager and her name and was told her name was ******? She is the only one who can handle this and she wont be back for a few weeks and nobody else is left in charge. I dont understand that! Then she finally gets back and tells me she will look in to it and call me back within two hours and that didnt happen, I got a call back at the end of the day. She told me that the company was bought by new owners and she can see that I was there twice and charged but she cant see how much or for what and I cant get my 6 remaining visits that I paid for. She told me that I needed to get the services done within 18months and I told her that I was never told that and actually her employees told me that time didnt matter! She told me to take it up with corporate then!? What kind of manager says that? Who spends $350-$500 on services and is only able to get two visits on one small area and has employees speak to them with disrespectfully and hang up on you. Also to have no manager on site for weeks at a time if a problem should arise and nobody can help fix any problem? Im disgusted! Corporate help!
