I feel compelled to share my experience working at *************************. During my time at AMP, I was hired as an hourly employee but paid a salary. This meant I worked 2.5 extra hours every week without compensation for at least six months.The payroll system was plagued with errors and inconsistencies, leading to instances of wage theft not once but twice during my tenure. On my last day, I was shocked to be told that I owed money due to their oversight in handling parking fees. This was not only unprofessional but also indicative of their disregard for employee rights and fair compensation practices.***** has had four toddlers plus her infant son under her care, which is illegal and against state ratio regulations.HIPAA violations were rampant; any sick leave automatically became public knowledge within the staff (and sometimes parents), regardless of its personal nature.There are serious lapses in proper EEC sanitization and disinfection within both the classrooms and the playspace. Numerous instances of inadequate cleaning resulted in consistent illness among staff and children. Parents have expressed extreme discomfort with the frequency of sickness. Additionally, there have been numerous infestations of ants, and the teacher bathrooms are rarely cleaned. The rags used for cleaning often smell as if they haven't been washed and likely harbor bacteria. Furthermore, there were concerning delays in acquiring essential supplies like sanitizing solutions (one instance lasting a troubling three weeks).Last year, ***** swept a suspected abuse case under the rug. A parent expressed concerns about an employee hitting her child, with the child repeatedly telling the mother about the incident. ***** completely brushed it off because of her relationship with this employee, even though she is a mandated reporter and is required by law to file a 51A for all claims of abuse.Several former employees have also posted reviews highlighting their concerns.
