    I had conversations with ******************* starting in January 2024. By mid February 2024 we have a plan and price quote for my pantry cabinets. I met him to make a small deposit to start my project with the agreement to make a 50% deposit a few weeks later.I was quoted 8 weeks for completion, mid to late April. ***** came and went and every conversation was I had this delay or that problem, two more weeksWe are now at roughly 16 weeks. Last communication with him was 6/11 and said he was waiting on a supplier and would have an update tomorrow It has been another full week and no communication and no response to call or texts

    On 1/27/2024 I purchased 2 bathroom cabinets from ******************* at his shop Sweetmot LLC-Cabinet Outlet located at ******************************************************* ***** Total cost-$948.81 and paid a $500.00 deposit. **** verbally said the cabinets would be ready in about 4 weeks sooner if I needed. He cashed the check on 1/30/2024. On March 1 ***** I asked in a text when they would be ready. He replied well have the vanity in a week. I reminded him there was also a wall cabinet.The cabinets were not completed on March 8. On March 12 I had a phone call with him about possibly doing a kitchen install for him as I am a ********* and his new business model. He told me he was no longer in Charlton but a new location in ************. My cabinets were now being made by an unknown cabinetmaker somewhere in ************. I asked when will my cabinets be ready. **** said he didnt know. I became increasingly uneasy after this call so on March 14 I texted again When will my cabinets be ready?I received no reply. On March 15th I called ****/he did not answer but sent a text Can I call you later? I said sure but he did not call. He has not responded since then. I inquired again on March 16 and said that if he couldnt produce the cabinets to refund my deposit. On March 18 I sent a text to **** cancelling the order and demanding a full refund of my deposit. He has not responded or refunded **** simply want my money back for work that **** did not do. You can see from the other complaints on the BBB website that this is his MO and has happened before. He is essentially running a sting operation. I visited the shop and all seemed legitimate so I never thought to check BBB. I have not yet taken legal action via small claims court but plan to if this cant be resolved through BBB. I will also file a complaint with BBB and add to the list of people ******************* has stolen money from. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to working with you.     Placed an order with Sweetmot LLC /  Mike B the first week of December. I was verbally promised completion of cabinets and pick up the last week of December. He cashed my deposit check for $650 on December 14.Beginning January 1, I contacted Mike via text and phone frequently and received very little communication in return aside from excuses of illness and promises of the cabinets being ready very soon. His final promise was that cabinets would for sure be finished and ready for pick up on January 15. They were not ready on January 15. I told Mike B that I did not want to do business with him further and asked for my deposit back. He did not respond and has not returned my deposit as of January 20.

    On November 4, 2023 I contacted Michael B about a cabinet I needed for my pantry. I told him I needed it by Thanksgiving would he be able to get it done by then. He assured me because it was just one cabinet that it would take him two days to complete it. We agreed on $800 as deposit since he was going to get it done in two days. On November 15 I texted him to check on the cabinets, I gave him more than two days from the time the cabinets should have been completed, He told me they would be making it today and tomorrow (on November 16 and 17th). I checked on November 22, 2023, he tells me it would be done next week which would be the week of November 27th. I have texted, called and he's telling me I just have to wait. He has refused to give me my money back which I paid him through *******. I no longer need the cabinet since I had to make other arrangements, I just want my money back. He lied about being able to get this product done with the timeline we had agreed and refuses to pay me back.

    I had placed and order for the kitchen cabinet in October of 2022, When the order was placed a cash deposit of $2700 was Provided to Micheal B to build our order. After months of little to no communication about our order or its status we had yet to receive our order. Upon requesting a solid completion date in Now September of 2023 which I never received. I asked Micheal B for a refund of our deposit on 9/23/23 because we still had not received our order. We are now in the Middle of October 2023 and Micheal B still hasnt refunded us and continues to claim he will refund us the following week.

    ****** *********  placed an order with Sweetmot LLC in October of 2022. As the order was nearing completion he called me and asked me to put it on hold. I told him I would. Several months later he called and said he was ready for the kitchen. We weren't ready to deliver in the time he wanted so agreed to refund his deposit. We are a small business and a request for a refund sometimes takes some time. I paid him half the deposit back initially. I paid another installment the next week and had $600 to go when he filed his complaint with you. I paid him the balance of $600 less than a week later clearing what I owed him in full. The case is resolved.
