On Saturday took my elderly mom out to the square one mall and we noticed the escalator going down was not working my Mom has not been in a mall for yrs a horrible experience for her and me and my sister-in-law so we went to the pet store my mom was getting tired on standing she had to sit on some dog gates boxes no benches and no elevator a disgrace so my mom had to walk and stop so many times she has a bad back so do l and it was horrible finally got her to the food court she was feeling awful hard time and took her to bathroom and the handicapped was out of order this is not right for handicap elderly people so took her back to the closest table to sit for awhile finally to get back to the table to rest and drink a soda so then she had to walk to the elevator which was a h*** of a walk check the video out l have 2 service dogs with us finally made it to go down stairs she can not walk all those stairs which was way down where the elevator was from the pet store we r so upset over this
