    It's hard to provide an exact date because the receipt that the business gave me is not legible they used a pencil for a carbon paperSo I can't read anything that they sold me, how much I paid, what job was done, the date that was put on it I can't see anything Legible But as far asThe job I was quoted $200To switch new tires and balance themThe tires weren't balanced also replacedAnd flush and bleed the clutch the master cylinder which I agreed to replace the clutch cover wasn't removed so he didn't flush it either it was quoted for $200. He took it upon himself to change my clutch levers nothing was wrong with the original ones. never mentioned it to me nor askedOr agreed to change them charge me to change the front and back brakes pads which he charged but ***** changed either one of them and he admitted it. charged me for the front brake master cylinder and it was not changed nor did it need to be. It clear that wasn't changed because it's got different bolts in itAnd it's all *****. Charged me $200 to discard chemicalFluid But never flushed it so there was nothing to get rid of. Also never said or agreed just charge me at the end never gave me any choice or any say in the above work took it upon himself to say he fixed it without even asking me if I want any of it done so my bill went from 200 to 568 and the only thing he did was install new tires never balanced themI would be happy to pay for the tire installation because that is the only thing he did agree that he didI don't feel I should be billed for The workout clearly wasn't doneI've tried to talk to him numerous times and can't resolve it he berates belittled and screams at me.

    Im writing you about the complaint that ************* filed with the BBB. 

    I will try to keep this as short as possible the repairs that were done on Mr. ****** bike were done as he requested and more than he requested. I had to do additional work to his motorcycle that was not within his budget. But I still only charged him what was agreed-upon for his budget.

    He was informed that the motorcycle shifted hard and was an internal problem beyond my skills to repair it.

    At that point he took possession of the motorcycle and rode it away.

    Approximately 4 to 6 weeks later he brought the motorcycle back and was very irate and loud and threatening if I did not fix his motorcycle right then and there. At that particular time I had a fuel/gasoline spill in my shop. As he came storming in I asked him to leave and step outside because it was dangerous. He did not listen and was again very loud and irate and yelling at me. Which en***d the two of us getting in a large argument over his motorcycle I told him I could not do it right then and there he would have to bring it back in approximately 2 to 3 weeks when I was available and had an appointment open  to address his is***. 

    So now well move to the second time he came to complain about his motorcycle. At that time he had brought someone to talk on his behalf because he could not control himself from again being irate loud and obnoxious about his motorcycle. His other person explain to me what he wanted to have done which I had already told him I could do an approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the first time we discussed it. This person was a lot less aggressive but still wanted to get the point across about having me fix his motorcycle. Having already told ************** once then this second person that was representing ************** to bring the motorcycle back and I will repair it as best as I could. Being under siege and having been pressured by the second person representing ************** and to be noted he is and was representing the ***** angels. I told him to bring the bike the next day or the day after and I will do it as fast as I could. I cleared my schedule for the next two days waiting for ************** and his friend to drop the bike off and it never happened. Then the third time ************** came he did represent himself but also brought a smart mouth person that kept ripping off the words we will just *** you. I told ************** for the third time to just go home and bring the bike to me and I would attempt to fix it the best I could. He walked off with his friend and I never have seen him again cents. And this is where we are at right now.  I would love to say I live by a three strike rule but Im sure that this ************** wouldnt quite understand that he has been given every opportunity to bring the bike in for repair. I will extend one more Olive branch for him to bring the pipe to me to be repaired. And then I think I have been plenty fair enough in this situation.
