    May 28, 2022 11:30 AM Loyal Companion; Groomer:*** My dogs have been groomed there a few times this year. I met both groomers and explained that my dog has gotten hot spots in the past from dull razors or shared razors and to please take every precaution to make sure he is carefully groomed because he has diabetes. He came home from his last appointment with a pink razor burn and for some reason it was shaved to the skin in that one area with a ***** I kept an eye on the area for a couple days and I noticed it wasnt healing, it was looking worse. I called the store on the Tuesday following the appointment but the receptionist said the groomer nor the manager was in that day and she would leave a message for someone to call me back. I called again on June 4 and spoke to the same receptionist and she apologized that no one called me back, and said she would leave a message for the manager to call me the following day, Sunday. I planned to bring my dog in on Sunday so that he could see for himself what happened to his neck. He didnt call until Monday when I was at work and he left a message that didnt acknowledge my concerns. I wasnt able to reach him by phone again so I sent an email on June 8, to let him know that now the razor burn was scabbing with puss underneath and I had a vet appointment the following day. I asked if he could call me or email back so we could discuss, or provide me with a number to the corporate office. I havent heard from him, or anyone, for that matter. Im very disappointed and frustrated.
