    ****** made a positive impact on our dogs and our family from day one. Her passion and expertise on dog training, nutrition, health and wellness has transformed our aggressive puppy into a joy to be around and helped our grumpy older dog tolerate the new puppy. ******* kindness, caring and dedication to our dogs well being goes above and beyond daily hikes she makes time to talk through any questions or issues that come up and her guidance and advice is always spot on. We feel so fortunate to have met ****** and wish we had known about her years ago!

    When my doodle ****** was 8 months old, I signed him up for group hikes twice a week with doggonerunnin. At that time, the pup was over-the-top rambunctious and inattentive. Through kindness, caring and appropriate firmness, ****** taught my doodle the skills he needed to be a great hiker. ****** has always loved ******, who has an intuitive understanding of dogs. He watches at the window for ******* van to pull into the driveway. The doodles joy is immeasurable. He greets ****** at the door, follows her to the van with a bouncy gait, head held high, tail wagging, and jumps in, anticipating a fun adventure with his furry friends. ****** is reliable, accommodating, and professional. I highly recommend her dog care services.

    ****** has been taking our dog, *****, for group hikes most week days (and the occasional weekends) for 4 years ever since she was a puppy. ****** was very patient and supportive in training ***** in that first year and continuously.There was a period where ***** wasn't well and ****** worked with us on her nutritional needs. The impact was transformative and ***** is healthy and vibrant! ****** is extremely reliable and communicates effectively and promptly if there is a schedule change on account of weather.***** is excited to see ****** every single day and she certainly gets a lot out of her hikes physically and socially.****** takes the care of the dogs she works with very seriously. We have welcomed her advice, and there is no question that her advice is motivated by love and respect for her dogs (and her clients).***** and we have been fortunate to have ****** in our lives!

    Our dog has been with doggonerunnin for 3 years. He has loved everything about it and runs to the door when ****** pulls into the driveway. Doggonerunin had our dog walking off leash and by voice command within a couple of weeks of his starting the hikes. The socialization is a great benefit. ****** keeps us updated with any schedule changes and works with us if we need to change our schedule. ****** is passionate about what she does and we all benefit.

    Our dog, *****, has been with doggonerunnin for over 4 years and we are so grateful for the wonderful hikes and care ****** provides. Seeing ***** waiting for the doggie jeep - excited that hes one of the pack and fun is about to begin has been such a great start to all our days. When my family and I traveled recently and could not take *****, we arranged for ******/doggonerunnin to stay with him in our home so that he would be in his environment with someone he knows. I was able to relax and enjoy our week away as I knew ***** was happy and in the best hands. Over these four years, I have so appreciated ******* expertise, professionalism, and reliability. Prior to doggonerunnin, we had a number of walkers and services who would either not show up or would give just a few minutes walk. A rescue, ***** counts on those in his circle to keep to the expected schedule - as do I, working outside the home. Since beginning with ******, I have never worried or wondered - Doggonerunning is 100% dependable. Many times, ****** has gone out of her way to help us when a change in schedule or illness occurs. We feel lucky to be a doggonerunnin family.

    We have been clients of doggonerunnin for almost 3 years ****** is an incredibly caring, attentive, and reliable professional who is an expert in all things dog! She has been especially flexible with us as weve undergone construction, and the introduction of a new baby, and ever changing work schedules. My husband and I feel very fortunate to have found doggonerunnin, and routinely say that we wish we lived our dogs life to get to go on hikes with friends multiple days a week!

    Our dog ***** has been with Doggonerunnin for just over 3 years. She is able to be apart of a pack and get great exercise and socialization on a regular basis. ****** is very passionate about her work and cares so much for her hikers. She has gone above and beyond her job title on numerous occasions to help accommodate ****** needs and our family. We feel very lucky to be apart of the Doggonerunnin family and have recommended this company to many friends and neighbors.

    I had been a loyal customer for more than 3 years when ******, owner of Doggonerunnin notified me via email on Jan 12, 2023 regarding termination of her services aggressively, abruptly, without notice or cause. ****** indicated that her termination was based on me not following her dietary recommendations and that our 2 dogs were underweight. She went so far to say on multiple occasions that she knew more about canine nutrition than our vet, and boldly described herself as a "dogtritionist". Interestingly, this came after my 2 dogs had seen our vet only weeks before in December, and were deemed in perfect health and weight. This separation was not any different from the unprofessional and bullying behavior that I experienced during the last 3 years which included her verbally yelling at me because I didnt respond to her non emergent requests fast enough. While ****** was wonderful with our dogs which is the primary reason I tolerated her bad behavior longer than I should have, her customer service and interaction with me, my husband and other **************** was rude and unprofessional. I did finally receive a full refund for prepayment of services 30 days after first notification of termination; however, this was not without a barrage of text exchanges being told that the multi dog discount that had been applied would not be honored in my refund, even though I had always paid in advance, and received this discount for the past 3 years. It has now been 60 days since terminating services with Doggonerunnin and I am still awaiting a response on the return ofthe 2 leashes that I supplied to ****** for the purposes of walking my dogs. She has refused to respond to multiple email and text requests to return my property.

    As a Better Business Bureau accredited A+ rated company, this derogatory review 1 of 3 written in 14 years in business is nothing more than character assassination, a deliberate effort to damage our reputation and credibility because company canceled ******* group hike service due to breach of verbal contract which outlined ********'s responsibility, our company expectations, limitations, and serious nature when working with two aggressive dogs. doggonerunnin reserves the right to cancel when the health and/or safety of a dog, group of dogs or handler becomes a concern without being defamed, suddenly depicted as bullying and abusive after 3 1/2 productive years providing the family with hands-on guidance, behavioral training, human-grade dogtrition and health protocols, group hike, and in-house overnight stay service. Upon the initial meet-n-greet the policy and procedures are discussed and outlined specifically. Every client is informed that our schedule is full, our time is limited during group hike pick up and drop off, and never mistaken as rude, our quick pace, in-and-out as anything other than that. After my initial phone call to ******** discussing briefly my concern of ***** body composition and weight loss, which she acknowledged (please see attached text communication) unbeknownst to me until that particular hike due to padded fleece top; an area we've been addressing off and on 2 1/2 years, I was told by ******** that she would call back in 15 minutes, which she did not do or anytime throughout the evening. We, as a group, made the decision to step away due to concerns shared in heartfelt, compassionate, caring, and grateful text communication. (Please see attached text communication) Once services have ended, company policy and procedures are in place, safeguarding the client home, as well as company liability. It is a simple, straightforward, easy process via 3 text communications with brief key and daily hike notebook return instructions, at which time the series of steps to begin refund and/or payment due to company process begins. The second week of the following month company refunds are issued through company bank bill pay and mailed directly. The company waived the 2-week cancellation notice and courtesy discount, which normally does not apply unless 10 hikes are used in advance was credited. We received 3 text communications and 4 emails from ********, all verifiable, causing deliberate interference and delay ending a working relationship responsibly, amicably, and safely that the house key was dropped off at the local police department. The notebook, the property of doggonerunnin, ********, would not return. Due to continued emotional outbursts and derogatory comments made by ******** (please see attached text and email, communication), we no longer tolerated it, and she was blocked from further communication. The leashes in question are 30' required leads used as a training tool and cut down in small increments as the dogs' behavior progresses until 6' is reached. Clients are instructed to cut off the handle as a safety precaution. Once the midway progressive point was reached, ******** provided a scissor and, in her garage, assisted with cutting both lines. She kept approximately 12' of the initial 30' lead and gave permission for the company to take possession of the other 18'. doggonerunnin is passionate and full of gratitude to be able to provide over the years wholesome human-grade dogtrition and natural health protocol recommendations and guidance to clients in need of healing acute, chronic, and debilitating diseases. doggonerunnin's human-grade dogtrition is an integrated part of who we are. Smear, slander, or negative words, we will continue to live out our values, helping and healing one dog at a time. Thank you.

    After being a loyal client for about a year, I emailed ******, the business owner, to inform her that I was moving, giving her my new address, and requesting that she let me know if she'd be able to continue including my dog in her hiking service from the new address. She did not respond and when she came to pick up my dog for a scheduled and prepaid hike two days later, she called me at work. Almost as soon as I picked up, ****** began a harangue of verbal abuse. Apparently she had taken my message as an attempt to immediately cancel all services, which it was not. Instead of allowing me to clarify or get a word in at all, ****** yelled at me for the duration of two phone calls, hung up on me, and refused to listen to my voicemail. Her behavior was borderline unhinged. She turned a misunderstanding on her part into a verbal assault and complete severance of our contract. This episode was extreme enough that I would no longer trust her with my dog or as a reasonable person with whom to conduct any sort of business.

Worthy of mentioning upwards of 450 well-meaning text communications over 9 months outlining, reviewing and successfully completing obedience, behavioral, social, aggressive and redirect training, human-grade nutrition and health guidance and working hands-on with ******* as a courtesy all services free of charge.
