    I placed an order and was told on 11/13 it would be shipped in a day or two. I have since sent 3 more emails which have been unresponsive. I have tried calling the phone number via website and the phone rings then disconnect. I also filled out the contact us on the website as well.

    It's been over two weeks that I've been waiting for at least an email back saying that my order is processing and that it'll be shipping out, all I've gotten is an email stating that they got my order and that they will contact me when the product is ready, "which mind you, they make them with stock so I bought it in stock so it shouldn't take this long". I've gone to lengths of sending out emails stating the problem with my order number and calling the given phone number plenty of times with voicemail and still haven't gotten reached out to. They say that the type of metal I got ring wise should only take a week to get out so I don't understand what's taking so long.

    That item was shipped on 10-17 and received on 10-21. Here is the **** tracking **************************.

    The order was placed on 9-29 and I had communicated via email on 10-15 that the item would ship in a day or two. The time frame on the shipment in line with what my website says to expect.

    I am not sure if this company went out of business or if this is a scam but I ordered an item and the website is still up and running and took my money but never received what I ordered or a response. I ordered the Dirt Bike Tire Ring 01 Pendant in sterling silver over a month ago for my boyfriends birthday and he was so excited. Then the necklace never arrived and I never received ant type of confirmation I began reaching out through email to get a status update. When I didnt receive any response I called the contact line and never got a hold of anyone and left multiple messages. Very disappointed and now working with my credit card company to get the money back.

    I communicated to the customer and offered them a refund or the item. They chose to receive the item and withdraw the complaint.
