    We bought a sofa set and together we bought a guarantee that the store offered us and everything was included in the price of the product and was detailed in the invoice, but the sofa, which apparently was made of leather, presented a problem with the leather, like peeling, and so we took action. the insurance, which to our surprise said that this type of problem would not be covered (but we bought better and more expensive insurance that the seller offered us) so we contacted the store where they offered to exchange the damaged fabric but the sofa was repair in the store and it came with another type of fabric and with the seat all uneven, so we went to the store to understand what happened because this repair shouldn't be like this because the sofa we bought we paid more than 5 thousand dollars, so we went to the store and we were harassed by the store manager who shouted and humiliated us in front of other customers and always belittled our repair request, we filed a complaint on ******* the store called us at the same time and forced us to withdraw the complaint from ******* claiming that this way if it wasn't removed it wouldn't help us, so we did and then the store asked us for two weeks to respond, after that time we would contact the store and the manager informed us that we could look for our right because the store wouldn't repair the our sofa, this occurred in November 2023! and we have proof of everything we are claiming!

    They are not clear about the deliveries, they did not have the items available, and after a long wait they make you pay again if you want to receive your items, not very honest and irresponsible with the information, always wanting to get more money, at the same time offering items that They don't have them available and calling at the last minute to say that they only have the exhibition ones available when they had already seen them and said that they did have them.purchase ******* customer id ***** sale date 12/08/2023 amount paid ******* + 99 extra cause their mistakes and lies

    The customer was contacted and services were made accordingly. He did have to pay a delivery charge as there were multiple visits made to him. However everything was done correctly and he did end up paying although we did contact him to see if we needed anything else, or if there was anything else that we can assist him with. He did not mention anything else so we will close this complaint on our end.

    This company has deceitful practices where tried to sell me a used rug. When my husband noticed that we returned it and they said that we tried to rip the plastic off when they was no plastic upon delivery. When contacting the delivery driver he confirmed on speakerphone that he deliver the merchandise without any wrappings. Instead of apologizing the manager was still rude and belligerent to the fact that I had to call the police. If this matter is not resolved I will be seeking civil charges with punitive damages along with compensatory damages

    A refund was made back to the customer on 4/18/2022. This matter has been resolved. The customer returned back on July 2023 and purchased a dining set from our store. She is an excellent customer and we proudly appreciate her business.
