    Highly-end and premium-priced Bose Quiet Comfort Ear Buds stability band lost and there is no replacement inventory in all of ******! The advisor recommends going to ****** to buy replacement parts. That 'likely' won't work as ****** does not operate in ******. I'm to call back in 10 days. Wonderful.

    This company **** had sent out recalls about thier Subwoofer that can catch your home on fire!!!Now I had sent my Subwoofer into Bose. They sent my Subwoofer back to me. My Subwoofer was not fixe like I was told it would be!! I Called Bose about my Subwoofer again and they hung up on me and no one never did call me back!! I have called them today and and I ask for a manager. I called today for the 2 time and I was given the run around!Bose is not taking care of thier customers like they say they do!! I want to fill a complaint against thier company!! I will be reaching back out to 4,8,11,*************.

    I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered regarding my recent online order for headphones placed on December 3rd, 2024. The delivery, which was scheduled to be handled by ***, faced an unexpected delay that resulted in a missed delivery date. Unfortunately, as I am a soldier preparing for deployment, I was unable to wait for the arrival of the ************* light of this situation, I decided to purchase the headphones at a local Best Buy store. Upon consulting with customer service, I was advised to refuse the package upon its delivery so that it could be returned to the sender. I was informed that I would receive a refund within ten business days.Having followed the necessary steps, I returned the headphones on December 4th and have since contacted customer service twice to inquire about the status of my refund. However, as of today, December 24th, I have yet to see this refund reflected in my account. I would appreciate any assistance you could provide in resolving this matter, as it has been some time since the return was initiated and I am concerned about the status of my refund.

    This Cloud stuff needs to end! I am on my second high end sound bar made by Bose you shouldn't need to be logged in to control the device with a phone app! And when It gets a update the sound bar disconnects from the source! I have it either switch to BT with the App and back or TV or find the physical remote and hope it plays nice with the TV ! This is not only with ** OLEDs but also *******, and Visio TVs so.its not the TVs but Bose dropping the ball on its products. This is the last **** product I will buy or recommend. I've been a Bose Customer since the Original 901 series speakers, what they are selling now is absolutely junk and Data collection on its customers. Good bye Bose I've had enough.

    ******** customer service!!! How can you seriously expect me to wait 4 weeks for a replacement pair of ear buds that are faulty from the box?!?! My credit card wasnt faulty when you took the $300 for them!! Nothing but frustration dealing with them!!

    I had an issue that I tried to resolve myself over two days. The Bose customer service technician I spoke to on the phone was awesome! Very patient and spoke slowly so I could follow along with his suggestions on what to do next. The experience was 100% perfect. **** could teach other companies how to do customer service. In the end my problem was resolved on my 2 smart speakers. Thank you Bose and the technician that handled my problem.

    I have returned my item for a refund and they have refused to issue a refund. It has been 2 months and 3 customer service chats. I have all records of customer service stating they are issuing the refund just wait 10 business days. My next step is legal action.

    Bose baited me into trading in my pair of 2020 in ear earbuds for a discount on a brand new pair of headphones. I did this, ordered the quiet comfort ultra headphones for $299 and my order shipped on Nov 14. Nov 29 rolls around and they are selling the same headphones for $299. Not only did I give up a perfectly good pair of headphones for trade in but I essentially got NOTHING IN RETURN. Contacted customer service and they couldn't offer me anything. Glad I gave them a pair of headphones that were in NEW condition that they'll likely resell for me to get absolutely no benefit. Deceptive marketing and fake sale prices...looks like a class action case in the works! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM BOSE!!!!!!!!
