We replaced our AC with a heat pump over the summer. We decided on ProComfort as ************************* :Performed a thorough initial assessment regarding sizing, infrastructure and electrical requirements Gave us a competitive quote for the most efficient system Impressed us with his knowledge and experience with suggestions and advice regarding pros/cons of whole house humidifier, hot water heaters, duct cleaning, etc. We understand why ProComfort gets consistent high ratings and 5 star reviews across all review boards and holds a BBB A+ rating. **** and **** ensured that we received the maximum rebate for our system. **** did a great job in scheduling the work as well as assisting with the rebate application. During the heat pump installation the crew performed an excellent job and advised us that we should consider an expansion tank for the pressure relief valve. Weve been so impressed with ProComfort that we have referred them to all our friends and neighbors.

We contacted Pro Comfort Control to bid on the installation of a ductless mini-split in ***********. With many companies the person who shows up is essentially a salesperson and isn't as knowledgeable about the systems and the intricates of installing them...not so with ****. He was able to answer every question and explain why he was answering in a specific way related to the individual peculiarities of our house. The quote was very competitive and they use great equipment and materials. The Office Manager **** was easy to work with in regards to scheduling and any additional questions. Installation was great and as an added bonus they smelled gas in the crawlspace while installing the lines and quickly replaced a corroded propane line for our hot water heater. My 30 year old cast iron boiler was making a lot of banging noise every time it fired. I started my search for a replacement by reviewing the BBB heating contractor reviews. Pro Comfort stood out as a company that was capable of very technical work from their photos. **** came to our house and quickly explained what he could do for us, followed by a quick quote. **** suggested a high-efficiency combination boiler made by ********* that could supply our Tri-level house with heat as well as domestic hot water. A key request from us was to make the installation as compact as possible. This would be a challenge as the house has 5 zones. **** and his crew arrive on time and quickly began working. The old 600 lb. boiler was carefully and cleanly removed from the basement even though the path was through a newly laid engineered floor and stairs. **** constructed a new mounting wall for boiler and over the next 2 days created an installation that could be considered a work of modern art. As engineer, I recognized ****** extreme attention to both detail technically and esthetics. The components that were used were of the highest quality and were assembled using the latest crimping joinery avoiding soldering. The job consumed over 140 feet of copper/PVC pipe, countless fittings and valves. On the last day the boiler starting working with no issues and I was amazed how quiet it was. Working with **** was a pleasure and I would highly recommend his company to anyone needing a new boiler. From the beginning to the end Pro Comfort was highly respectful to us and our home. Best contractor experience Ive ever had! Shopped around for a contractor skilled to install a heat pump in place of my failing ac. Team was easy to work with and they left my place clearer than what it was when they started. And they walked me through applying for the rebate and all the million questions I had. It was a breath of fresh air finding them.
