    Unfortunately from bringing my car For a normal oil change and then cam phasers turned into such a headache from picking up my car one day, having valve cover gasket blow with in 30, miles creating oil everywhere, to back in the shop to being told it was done week later to having it be told low oil pressure sensor light coming on while picking it up,To replacing that, to having damage to the vehicle, to having an oil pump being dropped and having to be replaced while questioning the engine quality. Having our tires installed inside out on 3, being told to contact BBB and the attorney general from **** customer service and then being retaliated against from making a compliant (was expressed to my husband that we were making a ruckus and we are no longer welcomed) which then yes, my husband made a scene going out and was heated on all parties. So bringing a very great car to ****, turned into headache of all problems. There was also lack of communication through out the process. We at one point counted that **** had our car 43 out of 51 or something days as well.Thats my unfortunate experience I do hope yours might be better

    Got a good used vehicle through Cartelli Ford of Greenfield. Was treated fairly and had a great experience with this dealership and specifically the salesperson.

    I purchased my 2021 **** Explorer from ************************* at Ford of Greenfield. It was a seamless purchasing experience. I ordered the vehicle, it arrived before the estimated delivery date, I got a fair price and *** stayed late to go through every inch of the vehicle with me before I left the dealership. Their service department is quick and friendly too! I highly recommend Ford of Greenfield.

    BUYER BEWARE I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape, from Ford of Greenfield, on February 13, 2021. Thirty-two days after purchasing it I began having issues. In March, on the way home from a trip, the engine light came on and the engine began skipping and chugging. I took the car to be checked and we had to change the #2 spark plug and the coil pack. A few weeks later, I had the same exact problem. This time All 4 spark plugs and all 4 coil packs were replaced with new ones. Several weeks after that, it happened again and there were also issues with no heat in the car and the light came on again for the #2 cylinder. This time it was in the garage for over a week and all 4 plugs and coil packs were replaced again and the coolant was very low. The gasket was also found to be cracked and had to be replaced. It was at this time that the mechanic did some research and found out by a Ford mechanic in another area, that this was a KNOWN ISSUE with the year and model of my car having a cracked block. The cracked block caused a slow leak into the #2 cylinder, causing the misfiring issue and the loss of coolant. When I purchased this car - I was led to believe it had belonged to a Ford mechanic , previously. It is MY opinion that Ford of Greenfield knew that this vehicle had this problem when it was sold to me. A mechanic at Ford of Greenfield checked the car out and confirmed that the block had a crack in it and needed a whole new engine. When I went to Ford of Greenfield, they wouldn't work with me to replace the engine at a reasonable price. I live on a fixed income and I had already put over Five Hundred dollars into repairs that were obviously not fixing the real issue. I ended up leaving the dealership with my Escape and went to another dealership, where I was treated much better. I would NOT recommend Ford of Greenfield to anybody; unless they had money they wanted to throw away. Unfortunately I have to give them at least one star.

    When consumer began to have issues with vehicle after purchase, why did they NOT call, and bring back to us the dealer?, they went to a independent garage who replaced spark plugs and ignition coils multiple times? why? when purchased customer declined purchasing a extended warranty? we run every pre-owned vehicle through extensive inspections prior to re-sale, this vehicle was inspected, oil and filter change performed as well as wipers, tires, air filter, and cabin filter. we cannot predict further issues when there was none at the time! also if the customer had issues right after the purchase the vehicle comes with a 90 day warranty? why didn't they call us? come back so we could assist at that time? they did not, and now they are calling for assistance, and upset because there is none! there is no extended warranty and or goodwill assistance to be or will be given.
