I purchased an E-Gift card for $50 online at ************************** on 12/21/23. I received the E-gift card and attempted to use it at 3 different locations in **** and ** only to be told that they DO NOT accept them. Nowhere on their website did it say that the e-gift cards are accepted in limited locations, etc. I have contacted ********** several times with no response. I have contacted them again via email today- 10/27/24 requesting a refund. Order confirmation # V3894039 Transaction ID # ************ December 21, 2023

************************************. Wahlburgers advertises itself as gourmet burgers. I received a plain, dry ***** that tasted like cardboard, with a few raw onions, in a bun that tasted old. And that was it. So much for a gourmet burger. The side of fries was delivered cold. I paid $22.47 for garbage unfit for consumption. Had I not needed to catch my plane I'd have returned this and gone elsewhere. Clearly it was late in the day and they'd run out of supplies so they just fed me garbage to make money. I contacted the company and never evn received a response much less and apology. I now want a full refund

Manager of this business in response to my complaint.emailed me and stated that a refund was processed. A week later, no such refund has materialized, adding insult to injury. Thus the complaint remains open until they refund me in full

Visited the *32383335343834373336* restaurant located in downtown **********. Paid $12.13 on my credit card and gave a $4.00 tip in cash to Gene * who is listed as our server on my receipt. I thought it was great service. Got my statement today and an additional $2 was added to my credit card making the total $14.13. You can see where I crossed off the tip and my signature since I signed the restaurant's copy over this one. I know it's not a lot of money but it's still stealing. I just thought someone should be told about it. I will be going to my bank as well to file the fraud claim with them.
