Received billing from Account Servicing from December 2022 to August 2023. Calle in May 2023 to cancel this solar plan as it was more expensive than National Grid. I was originally advised that I would have to pay the quarterly billing for the next 2 months for termination.. Question a bill that was received in August and was told this would be my last bill. I then received a bill for September. After discussion with ***** from *****, I sent an email to ************** and stated I would not pay a $300 termination fee and the September billing. I have enclosed the emails outlining this issue. The September bill is $240.57. It appears there was a communication issue between ************** and ***** and I don't feel I should be penalized for their error. I have enclosed the emails.

In march had mass save do an audit through revise. Was given an appt to discuss saving money on electric bill with relay power through solar farm. Well spoke with ******* at relay asked specifically about balanced billing and what we could afford. He told us we only pay for what we use. First month we got a bill for **** from them and our usage was much lower through national grid. I said to them I didnt want my credit card charged they said thats fine its just required to do account. Yes then my credit card was charged. I cancelled my service when got the bill and tried to call to speak with someone and ***** answered but got an email from company that was not helpful. I then reached out to **** a manager who had emailed me in the end of signing up to try to figure out what was going on because never had a **** bill before. Also didnt save me really any money..30 maybe. he said you pay for what panel makes a month not what you use. They didnt check with us about what would cost as they said wouldnt be more than electric bill. I never had a **** electric bill. They charged my credit card I disputed it. When he told me the plan was not what I was told I said lets remain canceled and to take my credit card off the file. This was 2 weeks ago and service is not cancelled. They billed me again. I changed my cc number so they couldnt take money out and emailed **** as he was working on what to do about the **** bill. I havent heard anything back. I will not be paying them for this scam!
