I went to this establishment to repair my car that was involved in an accident. I handed the owner my key with a remote start/ alarm control attached. Before leaving the establishment the owner stated how his business had gotten 5 car stolen from there due to his negligence. Today 12 days later I go pick up my car because I no longer want it there do to the fact that it hasnt even been worked on and turns out the owner states that he doesnt know what happened to my remote start control but that he does remember seeing it. When asking him to look for it he states that his business is too busy to just stop what they are doing to find my remote start controller that when they have time they will look for it. I find this super unprofessional because the same way I dropped my keys off is the same way I should be receiving them back. Cops got involved and stated this is a civil matter and when he is able to find them then he will reach out. Honestly the owner looks like he didnt even have a care in the world to losing my remote, only worried if the insurance is going to pay *********** fees for having the car sit there. The owner was very negligent stating that it didnt matter if someone had the remote controller as if people dont have bad intentions in this world as it is. And if it wasnt him or his employees that have my remote controller does this mean someone random now has it.

Police were called by me because the customer is illiterate and I brought the police in to mitigate the situation. The car is being totaled by the insurance company and you don't fix a totaled car. This level of stupidity is hard to even deal with. Tell her instead of writing reviews and eating donuts, she should substitute this loser display with diet and exercise. Although that won't fix stupid it would at least keep her in a productive direction. Annoyed that a productive human has to even entertain this. This is theft of time in my opinion.
