On 10/11/2024 I visited this business in ******, **. Before leaving I paid my bill in full which was $50. The receipt they handed me has someone else's name on it (a different patient) and I did no notice. I then received a bill in the mail for the $50. I then visited the ****************** and spoke with their billing team. No one in that office could rectify the billing because it had been over 24 hours even though they saw my payment receipt was applied to someone else's account "Emilys ****". My receipt even states Patient: "Emilys ****". I then contacted their billing department by phone which I was told was a third party Company called ******. Phynet could not understand or rectify the issue despite me giving them the other patients name and date of payment from receipt. They then gave me an email address of ******************************** to send the receipt to in order to prove I made a payment. This is all information that is within their billing system and the ****************** confirmed they could see it, however they could no move the payment. I did as requested an emailed my receipt over to the email listed above. ****** informed me they informed me they would get back to me. ******* from Phynet called on 11/18/24 and left a message they didn't get the proof I paid via email so I sent it via email again on 11/18/24. This information is all in their billing system, however I am attaching the same information within. I need NEDA to address their billing issues and move my $50 payment that they misapplied to Emilys ****** account to mine. ******* from Phynet stated she did not have a phone number but to call the 800 number and ask for her which I did and she did not respond to the agent.

Had appointment with Northern Dermatology, they requested payment at the time of the visit. I never mentioned a follow up ****. To I received an astronomical bill, which *** tried to settle and called multiple times, but cannot get through to anyone. I am contesting the bill. I think the business practices unethical.Never would have gone there had I known how they charge, very scamish.

I went to the ***************** for a Splinter Hemorrhage and was seen by Physicians Assistant ***************************** - She looked at my thumb and instantly said "you had a spliter, it must have fallen out". She was very rude and would nit listen to what I had to say. I called to complain and was told her work is reviewed by an MD - That is even more disturbing that an MD would rubber stamp such an obvious internal infection in my thumb. I documented with photos for 30+ days the evolution of the splinter hemmorrhage. When I called to complain, I insisted that they actually have a Doctor review my case - I have had 2 Rhuematologists reveiw my photos and both concure this was indeed a splinter hemorrhage ***************************** from *********** group ( he actually told me this could be the sign of a serious condition and that I should have seen a Dermatologist (which I replied that I did). *********************************** from *************** Rhuematolgy concured that I did indeeed have a splinter hemorrhage based on the photos.I want my medical records corrected by North Shore Dermatology. I am prepared to retain an attorney to have this done. The lack of communication with this group is outrageous. The PA needs retraining, she is dangerous and rude.I will be satisfied with an apology from the Physicians assistant and the Doctor that rubber stamped her incorrect diagnosis. I also want my medical records corrected - any MD Dermatolgist should be able to review and will clearly see I was suffering from a Splinter Hemorrhage. Pics uploaded cover the day before my appointment to about 30 days after. In the lit pic you can actually see the preforation under my nail where the push and blood eminatted from.

I may need to retain an attorney to have this practice correct my records. They will end up paying for that.

I had a horrible experience for the following reasons:-inappropriate manner of physician -told me to have my hairdresser check my scalp for skin issues instead of her.-told me to have my gynecologist check my area for skin issues instead of her.-Rushed me and told me she didnt have time for all my issues.-Didn't provide requested script renewals until after calling to follow up.the above is just the tip of the iceberg.I called the business over 7 times to discuss these issues and they refused to call me back. This is unacceptable.
