    We asked Lakeview landscaping to provide us with a detailed list of when they were scheduled to mow our lawn after the company removed a tree and shrub from the property without authorization. The company was also asked about a missing irrigation head that the crew took from the home and was not theirs. They also were hired to plant several trees in which three trees died the first week and then were replaced with trees that look terrible, cheap and absolutely not what was asked for. We are not releasing any payment to the company until they provide the information needed for us to confirm that what the services we are paying for were done entirely, since the owner was told several times that the jobs werent completed but still charged the full amount. we were being harassed by a neighbor when Lakeview came to our house, and security footage shows the crew being careless and disrespectful on the property. We asked for a refund regarding lawn treatment that was paid in advance and owner ignored the request to provide us with what is left of the treatment and refund us the amount. The owner provided a summary of charges but we need a detailed summary. A police report was made regarding the missing items. And was advised by PD to not release payment.

    This customer was on a seven day rotation to be mowed every Monday, except for days when it rained on every invoice the customer received at the end of the month the date of every service was on that invoice. The irrigation head that was removed was non-functioning typically when we replace a new part we take and dispose of the old parts they are of no use. No credits or money back will be considered due to the outstanding balance on the account exceeding the credit requested. All the plants provided or as listed in a quote, given to the customer and handpicked by a mass certified landscape, professional.  The plants declined due to insufficient watering. The client was told at the time of installation that the plants needed to be watered. That irrigation was not going to be sufficient.  We still replaced three of the plants and advised if others had failed, we would replace them.  I am not aware of my staff, being careless and or disrespectful of customers properties.  I tried several times to meet with the client to review concerns to a common resolution. The client refuses to meet with me in person to review her concerns. We have never been contacted by the police for any investigation or concerns.  We have forwarded this client to our attorney to pursue as a civil matter.
